This campaign has been the worst I've encountered. Your employees have been extremely unresponsive, and there is a complete lack of respect and culture for the customer. Last week, on May 16, I was supposed to receive my order. I'm at home all day long, I'm an invalid in a wheelchair, and I don't leave the house. Around 5 PM, I received a note that the order was an attempted delivery and can be picked up at the Puralater point, and since I'm not mobile, I contacted the customer service so that my parcel would be delivered directly to my hands. The lady from the office said she wasn't there problem and the parcel will be delivered on May 19, in the morning of that day I checked the status of my order and that my parcel was out for delivery, but my joy did not last long, in the afternoon I received a message that I could collect my parcel at the Puralater point. The laziness and insincerity of your employees was beyond human understanding, I order a lot due to my immobility, but I have never encountered such ignorant and malicious treatment of a customer. I am asking you again to deliver my order to my hands. I hope that finally, some courier will do their job
I sent an email to Purolator with a complaint, but nobody bothered to answer.

Terrible service every time they deliver we have to pick it up because they report we are not home. Not so. They are just to lazy to ring out buzzer. I will be sure to advise shippers in future to NOT use Purolator.

Nothing changed, still poorly managed shameful canadian company! This is the second time driver can not find 50 years old apartment so I have to drive and pick it up! We are in 2026 purolator. How about checking address in Google map or calling the customer? How do you hire and educate your drivers? Such a low standard for delivery company

Had a package that was above 70lbs, they “attempted delivery” but could not because of the weight. Would have been helpful if they knocked or rang the doorbell and I could have grabbed it myself! Now I have received ZERO emails about what to do next and zero updates on my package! Such an embarrassing company

No stars is appropriate. Guaranteed delivery Friday May 15th when picked up at 3pm less than 100km away Thursday May14th. Delivery expected now, on Tuesday May 19th. What a joke, what a waste of money. Your business is to ship packages efficiently. At a ridiculous cost. Never again. Ship your products with someone else. They don't mind f....g the smaller business

I ordered an item for over $1,200 and it was supposed to be delivered the next day. The next morning, I went online to check the status of my package and saw a message saying they hadn't been able to contact me, even though I'd been at home all day waiting for it. I immediately contacted customer support, and they told me they'd given the driver my number (even though I'd included it when I ordered). Five hours later, I contacted them again and received a reply saying my package minimum in four days at best. When I asked them to give the driver my number so he could at least try to contact me, they said they would, but they didn't guarantee they would contact me. Now I can only guess what's wrong with my package and whether I'll be able to pick it up anytime soon, or, more accurately, whether I'll be able to pick it up at all.

Package was already in area of destination then got misrouted to a different province for some reason. Now they had lost the package that cost me almost $200. Terrible service would give 0 stars if i could

The form was completed for a no signature delivery and the driver still did not deliver the package. The 2nd “delivery attempt” involved the driver driving down the street instead of dropping off my package. I spent 1.6 hours on the phone arranging for the driver to return the next day. He dropped the items off at a central location instead so he would not need to drop off my packages. @samsonitecanada choose a better option!!

Rogers uses Purolator to send their packages, but the Purolator delivery rang the bell and left right away without waiting for the receiver come to the door. Not sure they are trying to steal the package that way or it's just their poor training for their delivery crew.

no updates, it leaves u wondering where’s your package. I wouldnt use this as my shipper or receiver.

Zero stars if possible every time they say address correction although my address is correct and they don’t even bother to call or try they just delay deliveries

Purolator provides the WORST service of all delivery providers AND if you want to complain they block your ability to do so. Purolator harassed me for over a year when somebody else used my email address by contacting me personally every time the other person ordered something on line that was delivered by Purolator. Had a TERRIBLE experience with Purolator when I needed an item picked up from Avis Rent a car desk at the airport and delivered to my house - It was a nightmare! Talking to an Agent they would not hang up the phone line to block my ability to give a bad review and just now when I tried to contact them about a delivery and gave a Very Disatisfied review they kept playing games by “dumping” my comments with “Ooops! Something went wrong with your submission” notification. PUROLATOR SEVICE SUCKS!

Total garbage service. The driver barely waited after ringing the building doorbell and left before I could even get downstairs to receive my package. Then customer support was unhelpful and ended the chat without giving me a real solution.
Now I’m being told to go pick up my own package in another area without even giving me clear pickup details or a proper time. What is the point of paying for delivery if customers still have to chase their own packages across the city?
Other courier companies manage to deliver properly or at least communicate clearly. This experience with Purolator has been frustrating from start to finish.

By far the worst delivery service in Canada I watched the delivery man I live in an apartment building top floor see him park get out the truck go to the back open the trunk look around close the trunk get in and drive off and all the sudden I get a delivery notification attempted delivery. This man did not even attempt to come to my door with a package in hand, and then said he left a note on my mailbox. Zero nope nothing next day same exact thing. Now I have to go out of my way to go pick up a package that I need urgently terrible lazy workers And this is not the first time anytime I see Purolator delivery I know I’m going to have this problem. It’s not just a delivery it’s a promise maybe change your slogan because the workers are not trying to do their job. They don’t even attempt to walk up to the door. They just drive around all day and then we have to use our gas and go pick our stuff up at some random location My time, my money, my gas wasted because this company doesn’t have competent workers. If I could rate zero stars, I would, because this has happened more than once

Purolator Driver Ryan
May 5/26 I had a package delivered and the wrong delivery address was on the package, I happened to be driving into the apartment building and I stopped Ryan and asked if the package happened to be mine, it was.
May 6/26 I had 2 more packages with the wrong address. Ryan actually remembered what I was driving and where I parked so he went over and checked my parking lot number and found my apartment number.
I have all my packages, Thank you Ryan, Hats off to you

The whole point of having something delivered is so that you don’t have to go pick it up. Why do these clowns knock on my door during business hours and then hold my package hostage when nobody answers the door? They force you to go pick it up yourself. Just leave it at the door bro, it’s common sense.

Previously, I had written about the failures in shipping and returning a big screen TV. The good ( not great) news is that someone there read the review and promised to fix it. It seems the squeaky wheel does get the oil. But here we enter the theatre of the absurd.
The oil was not applied properly.
They took the complaint to be about the service. Had they looked more closely, they would have seen it was about communication. Had the very first delivery person bothered to contact us. He would have known not to deliver it. In fact, he left a $500 TV sitting unprotected in the lobby. Now we are dealing with the return.
We were given a window of about 8 hours for the pickup. Did they expect us to wait in the lobby until they came, or leave it unprotecccccted in the lobby? They never arrived. When I inquired, I was told they had been there, but were unwilling to come to our apartment. They had promised to let the driver know he needed to go right to our apartment to pick up the item. Again, he failed to communicate with us.
We were then promised a next-day pickup. That didn't happen. Late in the day, a dispatcher called to say it would be the next day. They would not promise to pick up at the apartment. It was "at the driver's discretion'
They also suggested we get someone to lug it downstairs to the lobby, where it would sit unprotected again until they deigned to stop by.
Stay tuned for the next installment in this Kafka-esque drama.

Problem is that Purolator will not deliver to rural addresses where the house cannot be seen from the municipal road. Drivers think that it is appropriate to just leave parcels on the shoulder of an busy 80 km/hour arterial, 2 feet from the pavement. This is foolish and inappropriate service given that the recipient has often paid for by hand delivery to the door.

I am posting this review for employee Mike at the West Pender, Vancouver location. He was amazing, helpful and supportive when I needed to return a very large Amazon purchase. He helped me re-package the item. He went above and beyond in customer service.
Thx, Barbara Powell

I strongly advise anyone who wants to avoid unnecessary stress and wasted time to think twice before using Purolator.
I had a parcel scheduled for delivery, and I specifically stayed home waiting for it because the tracking indicated it would arrive that day. I waited until 5 PM. The next morning, the tracking was updated to “receiver unavailable.” There was no missed call, no knock, and no delivery truck outside. This is simply unacceptable.
I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, and instead of helping, the representative was dismissive. I made it clear that I didn’t need excuses—I just wanted my item delivered the next day. I was then given multiple inconsistent explanations: that the driver was new, that my full name wasn’t provided (which it was), and then that a company name was missing. I provided all the details again, including my full name, unit number, and phone number, and even gave clear instructions for the driver to call me if there was any confusion locating Unit 07. The CSR assured me the driver would call upon arrival.
The next day, the parcel was again marked “out for delivery.” Once again, I made sure to be available and was even at the front desk receiving packages from other delivery companies without any issue. Yet again, the tracking was updated to “receiver unavailable,” and now the delivery is pushed to the next business day—which means waiting an additional three days.
At this point, this is beyond frustrating—it’s outright unacceptable. I’ve now had to cancel my order and request a refund. An honest business lost a customer due to the incompetence and misleading delivery updates from Purolator.
This experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely avoidable. I will not be using Purolator again nor will I do business from that company again if they wont stop using Purolator.
