The most redicular delivery service I have. Even I mark down our restaurant closed on Tuesday,they still try to deliver on that day and mark down “attempted to deliver,but failed” and then required me to schedule a delivery time,after I did that ,they still tried to deliver on Tuesday and marked down the same thing without call or msg,when I try to call them ,it hard to reach,always need to provide this information and that information. First time using and the last time, and please give me back my package

Called customer reps and could not hear conversation due to all the laughter in the back ground….. it was the driver we tracked down in our community who assisted us ……and got our packaged delivered to our home …..

The worst delivery company in Canada. They came to my house and instead of putting the delivery at the entrance or at least calling me that they’re here(in fact, I left notes so that they would put the delivery at the entrance), they just took the delivery and left. I wrote to the support, and they said that it’s already late for delivery (it was 5pm) they would be delivered only in 2 days. I had never seen such stupidity in my life.

The worst delivery company in the world probably! Their slogan says “Promises Delievered”. That’s right, just promises no packages. At least their marketing team is honest lol. Never received a package from them without issues. Drives don’t even attempt delivery, just mark “No response from recipient” right away not even trying to contact. I cannot get my package for a month already. They cannot even get that to the store lace for me to pick it up. If you have a choice never never never rely on them

Maybe invest in smaller trucks so you dont have to complain about my trees obstructing your mirrors. You guys have the money for a smaller vehicle to make it down wierd driveways. I dont have the money to cut my trees. So, quit complaining, do your jobs, or find an other one. Better yet, dont come back here! Thats an even better idea. I DON'T need purolator on my property.

I paid half of my day's salary for delivering at my doorstep. It was my holiday and I was full say at my home. Neither did I receive any call nor anybody came to my doorstep.the text appeared , " you were not at home , so collect it from our place"".

I was waiting for my package all day, from early as hell in the morning. I'm by the phone, watching. I go to the bathroom for two seconds and miss their ONE call and so they take my package and leave. I didn't even know I had to sign for the damn thing until I got a notice on my door saying I missed them. what the hell kind of stupid business model are these people running? you'd think it'd be easier to just leave it on the door and call it a day but now I have to trek across town to pick up my package in the evening tomorrow when they could've just left it at my door. Their customer service reps are no help either, and the AI chat and virtual assistant that is entirely unhelpful and useless only pissed me off more. Everything about this company will waste your time.

OMG this company is beyond usesless. The delivery is unreliable. The online status is just one random excuse after another. I've had two crazy coincidences happen to my latest package which have delayed it twice for "mechanical" reasons and "missed connection" as if my package was not paying attention when the truck came to pick it up. No agent has a clue what these messages mean. And don't be fooled by "Tricia" in support responding to these bad reviews... ALL bad reviews... please contact us and we'll get to the bottom of this. That is a scam so it looks like they are following up. I just got the "yeah, they'll get back to you next week some time" after I absolutely wasted another ten minutes explaining the bad service to them.
...and there it is. The automatically generated "please contact us" response, this time from Vanessa. News flash, they will not resolve anything, or try to make anything better. A shiny new "sorry for the inconvenience...." coming my way.

Paid for home delivery. Received one of two packages. The second package was taken to a depot because I was not there to accept delivery. Home security camera doesn’t show another delivery attempt. Customer service is brutal.

"Attempted delivery - receiver unavailable"!!!!!! and after several days of waiting for it to be transferred to shipping center, nothing heard back yet.
And no one in the company knows where the package is.

Have been waiting for a stove to be delivered since last Wednesday, it is now Tuesday. Lazy drivers, they send 2 out for larger deliveries so I’m told. No notice at door, nothing. The notifications are a joke! Office can’t tell me anything either. Keep hearing it’s on a truck going to be delivered. We just want at this point to pick it up.

Package was dispatched this morning from Richmond to Langley BC. Then I got a notice saying there was a mechanical delay and the package would be rescheduled. Okay, if a truck breaks down I get it. But 6 hours later and they have not figure it out?
Don't even bother with their chat assistant. Useless AI and forever to get a real person
As you can see they gave me the cookie cutter cut and paste "send us your tracking number". Meanwhile the online chat could have done this very thing but way too much BOT interaction. Must be awful to be the person who has to cut and paste all these standard responses knowing there is nothing that will improve the service.

Worst experience with purolator, has this experience several time, books a package from Mississauga to Winnipeg on 22nd May and still in Toronto warehouse with no explanation from calls, chats and nowhere, receiver cancelled order but I can't revoke delivery even, there team is totally unresponsive at all, 3rd time I lost order just because of purolaror. better pay more for your time sensitive deliveries to others instead of purolator.

Purolator just drops off at Canada Post here, worst looking outlet and always locked door to the Lobby where the mail boxes are. Packages appear to have been opened many times.

PRIOR TO THIS IT TRAVELLED FROM CALGARY TO MEDICINE HAT, THEN BACK TO CALGARY, THEN TO LETHBRIDGE, THEN TO STIRLING (NOT MY TOWN), THEN FINALLY ARRIVED AT THE CANADA POST OUTLET HERE INSTEAD OF THE PAID FOR HOME ADDRESS DELIVERY. My experience with Purolator has involved repeated issues with delivery communication, tracking accuracy, and customer support clarity.
In a recent shipment (signature-required delivery), I was given conflicting information throughout the day. I was first told the package had been scanned out for delivery. Later, I was informed by a representative that the shipment processing had been stopped earlier that morning, with no reason provided in the system.
Despite this, I was not proactively notified of any change, and tracking information continued to shift between “out for delivery” and “delivery rescheduled.” As a result, I spent an entire day at home waiting for a required signature delivery without accurate information.
When I contacted Purolator support, I received different explanations from different representatives, and there was no clear or consistent answer regarding what had actually happened to the shipment or why the status changed.
This is not an isolated incident in my experience. I have also previously had issues with delivery attempts being marked when I was home, and unclear explanations about access and delivery procedures in my building.
Overall, the main issue is not just delay, but lack of transparency and inconsistent communication between tracking updates, drivers, and customer service.
For a courier handling high-value and signature-required items, I expect clearer communication, accurate tracking, and proactive notification when delivery plans change.
At this point, I am documenting my experience so other customers are aware of potential inconsistencies in service and communication.
