Ordered on the 15th as leggings looked really good paid for next day delivery as was really hoping to wear the following day! 16th comes my parcel is with the courier brilliant! Until that evening sorry we couldn’t deliver there’s an issue with your address? Odd but things happen I guess long story short some how my order has gone through without my house number I contact customer services as no tracking updates have happened since the 16th and I paid express delivery it’s clear my order isn’t coming with no updates at all on the tracking, firstly I am blamed for not including my house number. No idea how that happened as a regular online shopper this has never happened to me before I do wonder if it’s an error on there website as surley an order can not go through without a house name or number anyway customer service have refused to refund my delivery fee! Blamed me! I asked if they can recall the parcel from Evri as I have no interest in having the item after the way customer services have handled this matter. I was told they can’t cancel it and quoted their terms. So now my parcel is still with Evri still not updated since the 16th even though I have updated my address on there website and contacted Evri customer services! It seems no one knows where this parcel is. I have no item and no refund wouldn’t recommend

I ordered from Pursue Fitness because their leggings looked decent and they offered next day delivery- something I needed. I placed my order hours before the stated cut-off and paid the extra fee. However, not just did I not receive the order next day, I didn't even receive it the day after.
Therefore, I emailed customer service and queried if I could have the delivery fee refunded, as I now no longer needed the items and would have to return them. However, customer service told me that it was my fault, as my postcode is excluded from next day delivery, and so it was sent on an Evri express service instead (and they have since ignored me).

Delayed delivery at the couriers fault would be understandable, but this is ridiculous. My postcode is mainland UK, and online no where does it state that next day delivery can't reach me. It only mentions offshore postcodes, which I am not. No other site has seemed to have an issue with next day delivery to me. As well as this, the shipping label in the parcel shows that the items were indeed sent next day rather than express. Therefore, it has felt like excuses from the customer service rather than genuine helpfulness, and I have been left feeling disappointed. Again, I would've understood if they apologised for the delay and took it up with Evri, but turning the blame onto me for something not stated online felt very unfair.

+ the irony being that they use Evri for customer delivery but expect tracked Royal Mail for returns! Wouldn't buy from again:(

I’ve ordered a few items and really happy with my purchases.

I have been ordering from Pursue fitness for couple of years. Clothes are comfy and affordable. I find the quality is really good, and the sales have some brilliant items.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings. I received my order but had received one T-shirt Instead of one pair of my leggings I ordered.

Customers service team were quick to respond and I sent the item back. They re sent my order but they got the size incorrect so I had to go through the process again of having to send the order back again. Thankfully it was 3 time lucky
Product is great though. Nice and comfy. Just the packing team was not so clued up

Won’t be buying from pursue fitness after buying a pair that fit perfectly so I ordered another pair but these were the same size but did not fit as nice as the first pair I was told I’ll have to pay £3.99 return and lose money on the leggings due to pursue fitness not getting the measurements correct waste of money and waste of time wish I’d have stuck with AYBL. Better quality and no lies il will never waste my money with this crappy company again !!! Ooh and telling me eventually the leggings will fit me lol how rude cheap crappy leggings

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I added a gym set to my basket and applied a discount code, but decided not to go ahead with the purchase and exited the app.

Despite this, the payment was still taken from my account due to my account being linked with Shop, without me intentionally completing the order.

I contacted customer service immediately to cancel, but they refused, stating that the purchase was “authorised” and therefore my responsibility. There was no willingness to understand or resolve the situation.

I was then forced to wait for delivery and pay for the return myself, which was both frustrating and unnecessary.

Very poor customer service — I won’t be using them again.

I have bought several outfits scrunched bottoms and bra tops all excellent wash very well and keep there colour and shap very happy

I've been buying from Pursue fitness for many years. I own several pairs of leggings, bras and tops.
I find everything to be great quality, durable, true to size, flattering and great value for money (especially compared to some other gym brands).

I don’t think I have ever returned items because of poor quality before. The stitching was a mess, the material was incredibly cheap . I’ve had better quality items from SHEIN for a tiny fraction of the cost. I returned immediately but they seem to have “lost” my items even though I used their return label/shipping carrier. Worst online shopping experience I think I’ve ever had.

I bought three pairs of leggings. One pair were so tight that they're pretty much unwearable, they feel like they might rip. I wonder if they're incorrectly labelled or something? I almost didn't even try the other pairs as I was disheartened (that first pair was my favourite design of the three) but I tried the other two and they fit beautifully and were so comfy. However, I've worn one pair now about five times and they've developed a hole on a seam. So disappointing overall! I won't be ordering again or recommending.

Smooth process from ordering to delivery. Love the 2 gym tops I ordered, the Sculpt Seamless Built-In Bra Vest and the Allure Halter Built-in Bra Vest both in a size S (I’m a size 8-10) which fit perfectly. I wore the Allure Halter Built-in Bra Vest for the first time today and did an interval run at my gym, it held me in very well., so much so, I’m ordering another one today in a different colour :)

I will definitely be buying some more stuff as a fitness instructor and a massive exercise enthusiast, I am very particular about gym clothing, the feel the quality and the price tag I have worn all the brands over the years.
The leggings and top I bought were exactly what I was looking for in terms of feel. And the price is good I don't buy clothing now at £50/60+ for leggings its a rip off I shop about and find places like this. So very happy love my stuff and they came next day so super fast very impressed so far. Will defo be buying again.

I absolutely love the items I bought however the leggings are soooo tight! This is my first time ordering from here and I ordered a large which in most other companies fit lovely, if not slightly big. The leggings I bought are so tight that I fear I’m going to rip them when I sit down. Very disappointing sadly.

Very poor cheap quality and a terrible fit. They are advertising flattering leggings which are any but flattering unfortunately. There is a return charge or they offer credit and free shipping if you opt for an exchange however an exchange is not an option for me when the quantity of the clothes are not worth the money they charge. I’ll stick with my normal brand next time. Please read reviews before you waste your money.

I have found it difficult to find gym leggings without the added ‘bum enhancing’ features, glad to see I found some at Pursue. The ones I ordered were great quality, comfortable and have washed well. Quick delivery too👍

I think I’ve made about 5 purchases, all have been hassle free and arrived promptly. I also had a query regarding an item I exchanged and the member of staff who responded was very helpful. I absolutely love the sustainable seamless shorts, so much so I have them in 4 different colours.
