Fast delivery good price and fantastic product, I bought a vest tank and it’s brilliant

My order was never delivered to me due to wrong information given to the carrier and it was returned to sender. Since January, and I have not yet received a refund! They keep stalling but I’m due €70+ refund!!

I ordered 2 pairs of thongs from this company under a friend’s
recommendation to use the website.
I checked the sizing on their site to make sure I ordered the right size (medium) but when they arrived and I got them out the packet they looked big. I tried them on over underwear and the back bit of the thong seems like there is so much excess material, I don’t know what to do with it and it would not feel comfortable
for me under my gym leggings as I feel it would show and the whole purpose of me buying these or so that I didn’t have a VPL . I contacted customer services and all they could respond with was no one else has complained about this issue so it’s not a problem and I can’t return them as they are underwear which everyone knows. Am not happy!

Very disappointed with Pursue Fitness and how they handle “store credit” returns.

I selected store credit because it offered a 10% bonus and free returns, but only AFTER the credit was issued was I told it was “1 use only”. None of the important restrictions were made clear before accepting it.

There was no clear disclosure that:
- the balance may need to be spent in one transaction;
- unused balances could potentially be lost;
- discount codes cannot be used with it;
- free shipping eligibility changes when using it; or
- returns on store credit purchases are restricted.

These terms are also not clearly outlined in their published T&Cs or returns policy despite customer service directing me there.

It feels extremely misleading and honestly quite scammy. Restrictions kept appearing only after I questioned things. I even discovered that using the credit removed free shipping on an order that would normally qualify.

Customer service responses were delayed, no proper escalation route or complaints contact was provided, and despite multiple emails there has still been no proper resolution offered.

Would never have accepted store credit had the actual terms been transparent from the start.

Great quality hoodie, extremely soft and washes well. The oversized fit is perfect for the gym and being comfy!

Really lovely leggings, which I wear for a hard work out at a circuits class and they actually stay put.

I bought some more expensive department store leggings which not only fall down but gape at the crouch. These wear cheaper and are way better.

I tried many brands but Pursue Fitness leghins are the best. I love the quality. They are seamless, comfortable and finally legins that are true to my size. I have gotten already 4 pairs!

I ordered a few pairs of shorts and sports bras. I was extremely impressed with the quality and fit. They were dispatched promptly and arrived really quickly. I will definitely purchase more in the future.

Ordered a pair of the scrunch training shorts because the length was perfect, not so short it shows chubby tops and not too long I look like I might as well wear leggings!

Not only do I gym in them, they are great for running too, don’t ride up at all!

Loved them so much I ordered 2 more pairs in different colours…No…no I didn’t…numpty here ordered two of the same colour 🫣 Exchange process was super straight forward and seamless.

Absolutely no complaints from me, will try other products I am sure!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a sports bra and a pair of leggings, totalling £55.44. However, upon arrival, I found the fabric to be of very poor quality and, due to sensory issues, I was unable to wear or tolerate the material. I promptly repackaged both items and returned them immediately.
Despite returning the full order, I have only received a partial refund of £23.94, which does not even cover the cost of a single item. I contacted the company via email to request an explanation as to why my refund was incomplete, yet I have received no response whatsoever.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Failing to provide a full refund without explanation and then ignoring customer enquiries demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I ordered two leggings and one shorts from Pursue in March. I wore one leggings 5/6 times and the other 1/2 times. Both sets of leggings are already going bobbly on the waistband and bum. I only wear them to the gym with a vest on top. Customer services refused to replace or refund anything for substandard products. They instead said that it was caused by me with Velcro or washing them. They offered 10% off my next order. No thanks Pursue. I won’t ever purchase substandard quality from you again

I have paid 38$ for accelerate shipping and the shipping is really LONG. Furthermore i have PAID 78$ for duties with DHL.

Order Number: PF-650547 - Ordered a few items with these guys to try them out. Clothing all arrived as expected but the fit and quality were not very good. I then processed a return using their portal and opted to use my own courier as it was cheaper for me and they allow you to do this. I received no refund, so I got in touch with customer service, sending them the POD to go with the return. After emailing them back and forth and having to chase them many times, they came to conclusion that's somehow the parcel was lost?! Even though they never questioned the image I sent them, just that they were locating it. Telling me to get in touch with the courier to get my refund back. This was clearly not going to happen as they have delivered the parcel to the address as requested. Pursue fitness internal operations are what is at fault here. Absolutely terrible service and I would not recommend ordering anything from them. Can't believe how I was treated! Will probably never get my money back, even though they have the goods returned.

I have used Pursue Fitness for a number of years, very good quality wear, good delivery performance and also changes, as required. Recommend to all.

Bought a pair of leggings just around a month ago and now they are tearing. Could I get a replacement as I’ve only worn them 4 times?

I've ordered maybe 5-6 times with Pursue over the past few years. I've personally always found the service really good. I think the quality of gear is also good, and washes well. When I returned an item that was too small, they exchanged quickly, and gave me a credit note for the price difference of the replacement. Sizing always a bit tricky online I think k, especially with sports gear, but again can't fault Pursue in comparison to any other brand.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! They are liers and scammers!! Nothing more — nothing less.
Placed my order on April 11 — today April 30 —
WITH A PROMISED DELIVERY 3-6 days via FEDEX in EU!!! They’ve sent it via Evri from UK to Cyprus and it didn’t arrive yet!! In 3WEEKS !!!
I’ll deal with them through the bank — but it’s an absolutely disgusting and disappointing experience. Customer support is no help.

Really disappointed with my experience with Pursue Fitness.

Sizing is extremely inconsistent, items that should fit the same don’t, which makes ordering online a bit of a gamble. When I tried to exchange, I had to pay for return postage myself, even though the issue wasn’t my fault.

Customer service wasn’t helpful and didn’t offer a fair resolution, which is frustrating considering the situation.

Overall, not a great experience and I won’t order again - what’s the point if you don’t know what size you’ll receive.

This is the absolute best material especially for thicker curvier women I average at a size 14 and wear a medium top and bottom the leggings are high waisted and hold you in but not too much and the material is super stretchy great for spin, squats, and weights, and running, the material is sweat proof and has lasted longer than any other gym set in my wardrobe also the scrunch bum has never split or had any issues with the seams which I have on other sets, the co ord sets are now my favourite go when I want to update my gym set or change colour due to seasons they offer amazing colour ways the pictures do no justice the colours are fab keep bringing more colours please a cropped tee would be nice to go with the leggings …. I have returned an item once and no refund was offered and I will mention on the black leggings none of the other colours sets the letters have come off on two occasions this might be a batch issue not sure otherwise I love the products and will definitely be ordering more soon

Do not order!! They did not refund my original postage which they are obliged to by law and agreed to on email. They then claimed an item I returned that I hadn’t even tried on was stained by make up which I don’t wear! SCAMMERS.
