The quality of the product is high. The customer service is not world class, but it's good enough which is what matters. The organization of the website takes a bit to learn, but once you do it's worth it.

The really standout feature of the service is just how much customization and data they allow you to extract from the QR codes including google analytics, location data, facebook pixel, device type, time,l multiple url QR's, etc. If you really want to take QR code technology to it's technical limit, then QR Tiger is the best choice for that. If you're looking for just a simple use case of QR code technology, I would reccomend something less intensive.

There are a multipude of QR code onoine businesses. THis review just cautions that there are plenty to look at other than QR Tiger.
From forst moments using, gives the imression of a business iperating from a teenagers bedroom. "Established Standard Procedures" were quoted at me when I dared ask for a promo for renewing mu annual subscriptipn (their Premium, highest cost offer mind you)
I was also told that promos only exist for New Customers. Not in my case one year ago I might add but there you go.
Loyalty isn't rewarded with this business and given how clunky, often offline and unreliable this QR code offering is, loyalty really should be rewarded.

I needed a quick question answered about my renewal and was only able to correspond with QR Tiger staff via email. I feel that the problem could have been solved quicker over the phone instead of going through 5 emails. But, they seem to only offer email outreach. My corresponder was friendly and finally answered concern with a simple answer that I feel should have been given during my first outreach.

QR Tiger is the best quality qr codes, best customizations, best choices to use qr codes like v-cards video CRM, and best prices. I chose to pay for qr codes rather than the free ones because I don't know if the free qrcodes will last forever. What if I print flyers and business cards with free qrcode, and it expires and I can't do anything about it???!!! I like the relyability of QR Tiger. I also like the customer support. It is email, but they are prompt at replying.
