Dean and the QR-TIGER team did a exceptional job assisting me with my needs. I can say they went the extra mile to make sure I was well assisted. I recommend QR-TIGER for your qr code needs.

QR codes work well but app store rerouting is slow to the point that it occasionally feels like you scanned a dead link. Had to send all scans to my website and redirect it on our end, cutting time from scan to redirect from 7 seconds using QRTiger to under 1 second on my website.

Easy setup. UI works well. No issues, and we are moving along nicely with our QRs. QR Tiger is much more affordable than QR CODE GENERATOR, but we can't make sub accounts. Not a big deal since we don't really need that feature.

Problem Resolved! Bumping up my review by one star. The customer service team circled back to me with help from their development team. As it turns out, the issue was ultimately on my end with my WiFi -- after isolating the issue and the QR codes worked fine on my mobile using cellular data.

I am glad this all worked out and the printed collateral is not a total fail. Leaving my rating at 4-stars because of the amount of time/frustration and the multiple attempts required to get here.

I suggest the QR-Tiger team please update their customer help FAQ and trouble-shooting scripts.

I want to love my purchase, but it’s been a disappointment

I want to love my purchase, because I spent a lot of time researching options. I chose QR Tiger because it had great features including good geolocation and de-duping of unique users. I am also the one making these recommendations, so I am also personally on the hook.

However, I’ve had repeated QR code failures for no apparent reason. Customer Support was responsive within 24-hours — sent me screenshots to show it was working on their end, with a list of troubleshooting tips — but now no further response.

QR code worked one day, then QR code didn’t work a few hours later. I checked on iPhone and Android mobile phones. And Mac desktop on two different browsers.

Unfortunately, I’ve just sent a batch to print on card stock and may have thrown away a few hundred dollars there. We are a new business/brand and just launched on Saturday. So this was both an important issue and expensive in terms of money and opportunity missed (customer scans). Will give this another week or so but probably will switch to Beaconstac if things don’t get resolved.

I wanted to try to use QRTiger for some features I offer in my work and the scannability on here versus others I have tried are better, faster also! I'm super surprised by it. I wished there was a way to have a trial or even a plan to access more of the features.

QR Tiger is the best on the market! It has advanced analytics with pricing that includes more dynamic QR codes. Their integrations via Zapier or Hubspot with practically every CRM and marketing tool. It made me perform things conveniently because their QR codes are more scannable on all devices compared to other generators which makes us do our tasks faster! The variety of use cases and QR code solutions that can be utilized across many organization departments.

A free trial of their advanced and premium plans would be great for us to experience and decide whether to subscribe or not. I look forward for them to provide a telephone support although their email support is already responsive. I also wish there were more templates for HTML5 and vCards.

It is the best tool to keep me organized with school works. multi-tasking is already hard as a student who both handles studies and leadership tasks. I want my contacts to be organized from work, school, and family. Luckily, QRTIGER helps me to be able to do that. my contacts are now separated and I just scan a QR code and access my contacts. My contacts does not need to take up a lot of storage on my device, because its encrypted with my QR Code.

Honestly speaking Qrtiger really helps me a lot and makes my life more comfortable. I am not really a techy person but the staffs are really helpful in providing all my queries, I don't have much idea about dynamic QR codes but then again the staffs are very much willing to help me all througout the process.
