I had a problem with a QR code that needed to be transfered to another account and they did it quickly and made it so easy

QRStuff’s QR Code creation site is top-notch! I absolutely love the built-in analytics — being able to track each QR code’s performance is a game changer. But what really sets QRStuff apart is their incredible support staff. They’re quick, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Big shoutout to Annette 😊 and Declan for going above and beyond!

This was my first time creating my own QR codes. The first code creator on the landing page was for dynamic QR codes, and it was not immediately clear that there was a cost involved especially with big bold "Free QR Code Generator" listed just below it.

I signed up for Lite Suite plan and then realized that I needed the Full Suite plan for my direct mailing project - both transactions made within an hour. Instead of transition to the upgraded plan, the Lite Suite was removed and addition of the Full Suite delayed by three days, which jeopardized an already delivered direct mailing with the QR codes. When transitioning plans, please don't remove one before the other is in place.

Customer Service was very helpful. Yet I would say don't claim 24/7 customer service if it's not really true. Auto chat is not the same as customer service.

All in all they did follow through, just with some shortfalls.

I had some anonymous QR codes that QR Stuff easily transferred into my paid account. They were quick, communicative and extremely helpful. It was a great experience.

I had an existing QR code that was inactive. I emailed and within 24 hours Annette emailed back and had resolved the issue. That saved me buying new business card and new signs.

Super easy to use and really quick. Chat support was fast and helpful. QR Stuff just made everything simple—no hassle at all.

Said free unlimited use qr code, signed up, it now somehow expired and now they want me to pay $300 to restore it... they trick you into a free plan that doesn't come with anything it's just a free account with access to nothing? I spent 1k on polymailers using the QR code and now every customers is going to get a 404 error because I won't pay a dime to this scammy company... I am marketer, This is not an upsell it is a strategic scam. Worth noting before I generated a qr code it showed I could pay monthly, afterwards the price skyrockets and you are only able to pay annually.. I have never seen a more deceptive business. Do not use this, you are better off with Canva QR codes or something.

Great customer service! I made a free QR code, which I didn't realize would expire. Once it did, I signed up for the monthly service, assuming that would reactivate the QR code. Since the free codes are anonymous and not linked to an account, this didn't happen. I contacted customer service with my issue and they responded quickly, asking me to send them the QR code I had used and they would fix the issue. They quickly resolved the issue and "reactivated" the QR code! They were very professional, efficient, and helpful! Thanks to the QRStuff team!!!

excellent, precise and very helpful

I was in a time crunch when my QR code gave me a 403 Sorry, this QR Code has exceeded its monthly scan limit. We were just about to showcase the QR code in a huge meeting scheduled to start in about 20 min. The AI assistant "Que" quickly, and I mean quickly found the issue and resolved it with 5 min. to spare. Whew! Boy was I panicked. Thank you so much for a lightening speed resolution. You really saved me!

Since I've started using QRStuff back in 2021, I've found nothing but an user-friendly website, great product and excellent customer support. They came to my rescue when I had a QR code that was printed in 25,000 magazines go inactive. After much fear and panic, they troubleshooted within a couple days and resolved, without any additional effort/time from my end. I will continue to use them for all my QR needs and highly recommend!
