Update: they did finally pay me back and cancel my subscription. I still would not use them again. They need to fix their AI program to accept asking for a human customer service person.

If I could give this a zero star I would. I had to give a code 4 times emailed because the code generator thing wasn't working properly and my name 15 times before it would make a ticket to cancel my subscription. I guess it didn't likey full name. Or else this is a scam and they hope to piss you off so they can keep your money.

Amazing response time from CS
I had an issue with a QR code reaching "full capacity" and not working anymore. Unfortunately, the code was already on printed, distributed flyers. I reached out to customer service via email and Annette F. helped me within hours and got it back up and running. Amazing customer service! Thank you.

When you want to pay for a subscription for only one month, the website doesn't work, and the QRSTUFF service pushes you to pay for the whole year so you can use your QR code. This isn't correct!

Amazing experience with the QRStuff support team. We had an urgent customer issue and things were resolved quite quickly!
WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL CONSUMERS
WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL USERS. QR Stuff is operating under fraudulent behavior. I signed up under a free account and created a QR Code. I used that code on our business cards. At the time I created the account I was not aware that the free account expired and prevented the QR code from functioning. Being that it was my mistake for this I went ahead and purchased a yearly subscription in order to keep the QR Code functioning. I was ensured that once I was on a paid account it would be reactivated. After paying for the service I attempted to use the QR code but it continued to go to a page stating that the code was no longer functional. I logged into my account on QR Stuff and after looking at the QR code on the dashboard I found that the code was different from the original QR code that was created. I contacted customer service from QR Stuff and received a single reply back asking for a picture of my QR Code, the QR code that was on my dashboard and the link that the QR code on my business card was going to. I provided all the requested information and despite repeated attempts to contact them, I have been completely ghosted. I now believe this to be a fraudulent organization and have since reported this to the FTC. I have also contacted my credit card company to report this as fraud. I don't often leave reviews, but I wanted to warn others about this service and prevent them from suffering the same fate that I have. Not only am I out the subscription fee, I purchased 300 business cards that are no longer functional because of the non-working QR Code. Buyers be aware!
UPDATED CONTACT WITH QR STUFF
I have finally been able to get in contact with a customer service representative at QRStuff.com. I have an email chain that started on February 25th with only a single reply on February 28th that requested additional information from me. I have immediately responded to that message along with an additional 5 emails that were directly replied to the original point of contact, a new email chain that I started to ensure that another customer service representative could look at the problem with the account if the original point of contact was not active and a 3rd contact chain started by using the AI customer service contact on their website. I was ghosted by QRStuff.com until I had written the original post on Trust Pilot and contacted the FTC. Once I posted the review and created a open FTC complaint I was immediately contacted by QRStuff.com and they had resolved the issue.
Due to the nature of this issue and the fact that I wasn't able to obtain any sort of reply until it was negatively report, I remain suspicious of this service and personally don't trust to create any further QR codes on the account for fear that this may happen again. Because QRStuff.com finally resolved the problem and made the code active again I will be contacting the FTC to rescind the suspected fraudulent activity and update that report so they can see the issue was resolved. I, however, feel that it was directly due to that report that I finally was able to have my problem resolved. I will be leaving this review up so that others don't run into the same issues and sincerely hope QRStuff.com is operating legally but I feel it necessary to warn others of the issues I personally ran into. Had I printed out more material that utilized this QR code and it wasn't resolved, this could have easily run into thousands of dollars in wasted material for someone that had an ineffective code for their advertising material.
I would also like to add that I had emailed QRStuff.com prior to submitting the negative review and contacting the FTC warning them those were the steps that I was about to take and gave them a deadline date on when I would be doing so. I also tried to give them the benefit of doubt and extended the deadline a few days after I warned I would be taking such steps in order to give them plenty of time to have this corrected. Had this been resolved before I reported the issue, I would not have left a review and I would not have contacted the FTC. I still find it suspicious that I couldn't get the issue resolved until I submitted the reports and followed through with my warning.
Use the service at your own risk but I urge people to be sure to start with a paid account and make sure you are able to contact someone with QRStuff.com prior to purchase.

I recently had an issue with an existing QR code, and QRStuff’s customer support was excellent. They were quick, thorough, and—most importantly—helpful. My problem got solved by a real human being; I wasn’t sent an automated email with rote “did you try this?” responses. These days that sort of attention is a rarity, and I was very pleased to encounter it.
