We had a snafu with one of our codes (our fault), contacted customer service and they took care of it (an actual human via email) very quickly considering we are in the US and they are in the UK. Could not be more happy with their level of service.

I was unfamiliar with creating a QR…

I was unfamiliar with creating a QR code. I didn’t know there were limitations to a free QR code. I lost access to the original QR code, I reached out to them by email and they responded so quickly, they explained what I need to do. Once I did it I was able to use the original QR code created without having to redo my flyers. I was so glad and relieved. Thank you so much again for the quick responses and getting my Original QR code back up running. :)

Great support service

Great support service. They helped me resolve an expired QR code my graphic artist had created and allowed to expire and seriously cause problems for the release of my new CD. They are helpful, the site offers many features at a very reasonable price and their free services are excellent. I subscribed and am happy this unfortunate accident happened because I would never have discovered QR Stuff otherwise.

Ok Provider - Not Great Response Times

Good QR code provided but be aware that to keep a QR code active after 7 days it requires a subscription. Response times for QR stuff tickets are not super slow but definitely not fast either. I just wish they had a phone number I could call.

Absolute waste of time

I 2nd this.....It is a classic bait-and-switch site. They generate a QR code and state that it's free. But then the link expires and they then want to charge you a subscription fee. Secondly, it's my understanding that the code they goes via some link of theirs; thus, they are tracking all your incoming communication. Beware and do not use. There are many other genuine sites to make the QR—such a waste of all our printed promotional materials.

Hi Martin,

Sorry to hear you are unhappy with our product and services.

You created a premium QR code (a dynamic code with tracking enabled). Had you created a static QR code, this would be completely free forever, but would not have the premium features of the dynamic QR code.

We have different plans with different scan and time limits, and access to a range of our features. Some of these plans are free with a short window of scan or time limits, others are paid for without such limits imposed. This is clearly communicated throughout our website.

For dynamic QR codes it is universal practice to redirect to the desired URL with a short-URL redirect. This is the only way that dynamic codes can redirect to a desired destination, be editable post creation and enable scan analytics. I believe you are referencing a static QR code which does not use a short-URL but is not as versatile as a dynamic code.

Saved my new years eve!

Accidentally created a QR code on their website not knowing that it would expire in 7 days without an account, but I reached out and they promptly activated for me just in time for a huge mailing campaign! Great start to my new year!

Hi Julie,

Sorry to hear you are unhappy with our product and services.

I cannot see your email address on this post, so its difficult to track down whether you raised your concerns through our support channels and whether they were addressed or not. I am sure they were though.

You received a 404 error because you selected a premium QR code and service and the trial period ended.

We have different plans with different scan and time limits, and access to a range of our features. Some of these plans are free with a short window of scan or time limits, others are paid for without such limits imposed. This is clearly communicated throughout our website.

So, this is why your code has a 404 error. If you selected a static code this would not have been the case.
