I ordered a charm neck-less with hummingbird pendant and at the time there was none in stock. However upon reply to accept a refund option as the neck-less i order had a very high sentimental value to me the customer service i received was nothing short of amazing! Vicki Brown contact the suppliers and was able to source the neck-less for me to which I was very grateful! She also kept me updated everyday.
The neck-less is so important to me and I am so pleased i am able to have it, thanks to Vicki's help and service.

Bought a bangle as a gift for my mum. Paid extra for gift wrapping and postage to Poland. It arrived there a week later together with a little message from me and two chocolates. Perfect.
