I have still not reseived my goods. I ordered my goods one week ago.

I just wanted to say what a fantastic service I have received from Queen of Charms. Aside from it offering the best price on a genuine, quality product, the communication and delivery has been excellent.

I was updated at each stage of the order and my item arrived quickly and beautifully packaged.

The ordering process was easy and quick! I asked for standard delivery and was a little worried it would turn up late but it arrived within a two days with a couple of additional chocolates and lovely presented present for my friends birthday! I was very impressed with the whole process and will deffiantly use them again!

I ordered my nieces 18th Birthday present at 4pm on Friday afternoon. It was delivered on Saturday morning at 8.15a.m !!!! Fantastic service, beautifully wrapped with the addition of 2 minature bars of chocolate. Cannot praise them enough.
