quick and easy

I am so happy with my purchases. They are both totally gorgeous and unique. Beautifully wrapped in pink tissue and cadburys chocolate too, what more could a girl ask for!! Will definately be ordering again.

I placed my order on Friday afternoon and it had been delivered on Saturday morning (although I wasn't it to sign for it as I never expected it SO QUICKLY!!)
The parcel was very well packaged and it had CHOCOLATES in it - what a FAB surprise!

I went online looking for Dogeared jewellery and queen of charms came up as a discount seller. The website was easy to use and nicely presented. The payment section was easy and straight forward to use and the goods arrived within a day under a week. All very easy. My only comment would be to improve the speed at which you send out the goods. Most companies send out immediately and the goods are with you within three days. Other than that the shopping experience was very good and I will definitely be using them again.

I decided to purchase a dogeared necklace for my sister as I have one myself and love the dinkiness. My necklace was bought from another site a few years ago it has a dragonfly & very small chunky heart but when my sisters arrived the necklace chain seemed very cheap along with the heart been a lot larger and thinner therefore not looking anything like mine. I'm presumed the item was a fake but I'm not sure if they have changed the designs and chains but eitherway it didnt look worth the money.
Emailed Queens of Charm the day the delivery arrived and sent back the Monday. Received great customer service when explaining I wasn't happy with the product and received an email after my goods were returned to say I would receive a refund.

Would definetly purcahse from them again.
