I have used this service twice recently. The young men who work there and the women in reception are so nice, very helpful and efficient. However, the owner is rude and obnoxious. He told me I was wrong, wouldn't let me speak and shouted over me on the forecourt to belittle me. I did some research later and I was right I can't understand his attitude towards me. I suspect he is like this with women, as there is just one review like mine from a woman, the rest are from men.
Thank you for your help to all the staff but you won't be seeing me again.

Josh was great with sorting out the need to replace my tyre thanks to a huge rip caused by a pothole.
Always a first class performance by all the staff at QPT and they are all so welcoming and courteous to customers. One of those essential services that you hope you never have to use. But always rearing to know you will be well looked after by the team at Queens Park Tyres Billericay.

4 new tyres fitted this morning. No need for appointment , just turn up .The guys were helpful , fast , clean , efficient and friendly.
Good prices to .  I highly recommend going there with your tyre problems.

Warning light about tyre pressures had come on, the assistant checked all four tyres which were at the correct pressure. He asked if the car had been on a long journey and when I said yes, he explained how the heat affected the sensors. He said just to reset the display and all would be fine and he was right. No charge and, as I always get from Queens Park Tyres, excellent service - been a customer for years and will continue to do so!

Always excellent and polite service from QPT.Received a phone msg to say my 2 tyres ordered on-line had arrived early so was able to get them fitted 20 minutes later!Parking is VERY tight at the premises but the staff are very helpful if (like me) you're rubbish at parking!

What has happened - used QPT for 30 years - will never go back - rude, condescending and patronising service - not from the young lads!

Always get excellent service from these guys. Refitted tyre pressure sensors for me at weekend and cured my warning lights at a bargain price

Sent female family member to have ONE tyre changed and they scared/tricked her into a second (tyre was good)and tried hard to scare her into changing all four.
And charged strong money for so so tyres
Avoid

Called them on Saturday for a flat tyre. Said they don't come out on Saturdays but would call round after hours that evening. Never showed up! So definitely wouldn't recommend and won't be using again.

Had a slow puncture, so called in without a booking. Was seen to immediately and the problem was quickly found. Puncture repair carried out very promptly, all work completed within 15 minutes. I was very impressed and would recommend this tyre garage in Billericay to anyone needing assistance. Martin

Always really friendly and helpful. I changed last minute from taking my car in, to having them come to the house and that was no problem whatsoever. Cannot fault them, and would highly recommend!

The skid tray on my BMW partially came off on the motorway whilst driving to Billericay. I stopped off at Queens Park Tyres to ask for assistance and although they’re a tyre shop, they offered to help immediately. Josh was fantastic and cable-tied my skid tray back into position securely. Josh wouldn’t charge me either, but I insisted and gave him some money as a token of my appreciation. Thank you very much for helping me in my hour of need and I managed to get back to Surrey safely. I thoroughly recommend using Queens Park Tyres and meeting the very friendly and welcoming team.
