Excellent service, I ordered a small van and one man to move an industrial sewing machine. Two men and a giant van turned up!
They got the move done very quickly and were very pleasant.

Everything was perfect, impeccable service

2 hours delay was not acceptable. However, the driver was great, he apologised and helped to move the boxes inside the vans. Overall, a good experience.

The day before my move I got a text message stating they only had one slot at 5 PM, which I accepted and received a confirmation via text message.

They did not show up and did not inform me of any delay. I tried calling the office multiple times, texting and emailing, with no reply. The website states that office hours are until 10 in the evening. This was yesterday, and I still haven't been able to reach them. I ended up having to move with the help of a friendly taxi driver in a big car as I could not find a van on such a short notice in the evening.

I do not recommend this service. It is unacceptable that I was not informed that they wouldn't come

Very good service. The driver and helpers very nice,kind and quick. Just order for small van, but it looks like medium van. So pleased !!!

They came 15 min late. We paid for 4 hours work, the work was done in 2 hours but the driver and mover were keen to finish early so they left the heaviest object out on the pavement instead of helping to bring it in and left without telling us that they thought they were done.
I'm pleased that the work was sort of done fast, but not pleased with the way they left and didn't complete the job. Will probably not use this company again.
