Poor support for US/Canada dual residents (no understanding of currency) and you don't support Interactive Brokers Canada, only US.

Only used for bank account management. Program works well for most activities. Sometimes there is a problem with referencing and matching downloaded transactions. Some need to be edited and refined after the original post due to transaction memorization and references. Key words sometimes picks up the wrong information. Other than that and if data is organized well, report capability is great and helps at tax time.

Like the investment tracking. No support whatsoever for international users. Charging full price for them is not justified given no bank feeds, stock feed for international stocks, reports always in $ unless you do four steps to change the currency, etc. List is endless. So I won’t be renewing anymore.

There was no alert by quicken about one drive. It resulted in having to rebuild my database twice. Customer support is lacking. Quicken is suppose to generate invoices. I found this to be unfounded. Not happy

Fairly helpful for tracking checking account and investments

The product is consistent and just what I need for budgeting. I sure wish there was a true multi-currency version, or at least one that connects to US and Canadian banks.

I prefer to do my activities with this program off line. The budgeting process is not straight forward.

I don’t appreciate having to pay a yearly fee. It should be a users option to be a subscriber.

You regular and excessive price increases are accompanied by few if any increases in service and software upgrades. I am actively looking for a replacement for you program.

Easy to use and improving consistently. However, the classic mobile app needs significant improvements, including invoicing capability.

Your annual fee has become ridiculous. And you have the gall to keep raising it every year for little tweaks that brings little improvement. You bet on the hassle factor keeping people from changing to another product. Corporate greed at its finest.

I find it interesting how you “trap” people into the auto-renewal of the this product. We are dis-continuing all products that will not bill on an annual basis.

The download of transactions is near perfect but sometimes a transaction is assigned to the wrong account. I guess that's the bank's fault.

Quicken is easy to use
It does both my business and personal books

After the most recent update. My portfolio has duplicate entries.

It is an all encompassing ledger that allows me to track and balance my accounts on a daily basis. The records kept are incredibly useful at year end tax prep. All in all a very useful centralized tool.

Your program has never properly worked for managing a loan and integrating that into the asset value.
Your reports are many but, still don't really hit the mark.
