I Keep Coming Back
This is our third interaction with QuickenLoans loans. I always refinance a new home with them. My experience is that they are consistently efficient, consistent, and friendly. I also prefer the Rocket website to any other mortgage company.

They have no idea what they are doing
They have no idea what they are doing. I'm trying to put a fence up and can't even get the land survey. They told me they would send the form to me with in 3 days the first time i called. They never did. We called back and they said they can't get the form and to contact the county. If I were loaning money for a house I would have the property lines on paper. Don't do business with this company. They farm everything out and don't give a damn. Good luck getting a person who has a clue what the hell they are talking about. This is not the first problem either. They messed up our mortgage property taxes and said oops, we miscalculated. Go with a company that cares, it ain't this one.
