Great engineer who fitted replacement unit, no hassle, courteous and went the extra mile to make sure everything was as good as new.

Bought from Quickslide for years and can honestly say a pleasure to deal with every time. When things havent quite gone to plan, they have done their best to make the experience a positive one, especially the after Sale/Customer Care. 5 Star service. Thank you

We bought Quickslide windows 4 years ago.One glazing unit of the many we have became “misty”.
After sending photo to customer care they immediately agreed that a replace unit to be sent

My experience was great, just a phone call backed up with an email and picture confirming the condition of my old door.

The new slab was perfect and delivered well in time for Quickslide to re-fit the door.

Your fitter (Dave) was on-it straight away and he was both pleasant and professional, finally Dave asking me to try the door to see if I was happy with his work.

So, at the end of the day Quickslide honored their word in replacing without any argument.

I would have liked the door to have been fitted earlier however, I appreciate I was in a queuing position.

However, happy the wait.

Great service and great after sales

Quickslide were amazing from the very beginning of contact. Susan Eastwood in Brighouse was helpful, informative and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Emails and queries were answered very promptly.
Ordering was so easy and straightforward and the site visit ensured every eventuality was thought through and factored in.
The windows were ready in really quickly and delivered to the house ready for the fitting team on the same morning.
The team, Paul and Gabby (father and daughter) were fantastic. Our home is over 250 years old and needed careful removal of the old windows and installation of the new to avoid damage to the fabric of the building. These two went above and beyond to ensure all went smoothly.
The new windows look amazing, we are so delighted with them and wish we had found Quickslide so much sooner.
We highly recommend Quickslide for the quality of the windows, the perfect look, ease of installation, fantastic value and peace of mind. Thank you!

We had an issue with some sash windows not closing properly (fitted over 2 years ago) without any niggles or queries they came out and fixed the issue, the engineer was very helpful pleasant and understanding.

Strange but having a problem with sash windows and being able to judge how Quick slide deal with aftersales issues and queries has made me think a great deal more of Quick slide .. a good company to deal with

I was recommended to speak to the team at Quickslide... BEST DECISION EVER! Fiona helped me from start to finish in regards to window selection... sizes... extras... the little details most companies forget. They worked round my time schedule and the windows are on another level! The value i personally could beat... id spoken to other companies before about prices of certain windows and nobody came close to quickslide.
The lads thats fitted out (Steve and Giles) were immense... plaster work stayed in tack... no mess... full explanation of how it all worked... offered me some advice on certain elements regarding the windows etc... really couldn't ask for anything more!
Quickslide fitted out my house so well that i've already booked them in for the extension windows and bi-folds!

I can't really express how impressed I was with Quickslide. From the moment I got in contact initially to the point at which our windows were delivered, I received nothing but top notch customer care. Fiona looked after our order and really knew and understood the building regulation requirements and cared about the design aspects and overall look of the windows. I will definitely be recommending Quickslide to all friends and family.

weve placed multiple orders with Quickslide and they are one of the most efficient suppliers we use, the product turns up on time every time excellent quality and the aftersales care is fantastic .

Avoid! Happy to supply their products to unqualified and unregistered installers, then when you try to get any support from the company (even so much as just wanting to know the SPECS of the door they provided!) they are relucant to provide this. Which makes you wonder.... Mixed messages and promises from so many different people in this company, they all seem to say different things and there is no consistency. Just horrible to try to deal with, unhelpful, and difficult. Would NOT recommend.

Hi , just wanted to comment on how much the customer service team have improved since writing my review in January ,although there are still some teething problems with the batons failing off the windows which still need to be resolved the service has been excellent to help resolve my issues

Good quality product, very poor experience with the delivery.

I had to call for a service engineer to replace damaged tilt arms on a sliding box sash window, purchased 2016 must stress this was not a product fault but misuse by tennant, spoke to Marie Bowman customer services who arranged appointment very helpful, Dave the engineer arived exactly on time and again could not have been more helpful, Great product even better service, very happy would certainly recommend.

We have always found Quickslide to be a very proactive and progressive manufacturer
The service , product and the after sales service are A1, the showroom support is also fantastic
