Quickslide Limited Reviews 

We have purchasing windows from Quickslide for the last 5 or 6 years, mainly sliding sash windows. They are a pleasure to work with- organized, knowledgeable and efficient. Deliveries are always on time and the drivers are very friendly and helpful. Whenever I call with a product query, the person on the end of the phone has the answer straight away. Aftersales are also quick to reply with a resolution.

Sadly the right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing & it’s always someone else’s mistake…… funny that only happens once your money is in their account. Shame as we did spend a lot of money with them.

Trevor has always been very helpful and efficient. They always stick to the agreed lead time and keep us up to day from ordering to delivery of the products.

Exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable first contact (Sue) who guided us through our enquiry and was always available for added questions. A quality product with quality fittings. We felt a valued customer throughout. Windows fitted and looking beautiful.

CU is certainly right about ventilation. Quickslide sashes let the freezing air in in winter even with windows fully closed and locked.

Quickslide made our beautiful windows! We are so happy with them , they have transformed our little house. The whole process was made so easy with their amazing fitters Paul and Gabby Whitton. Paul totally understood what we were hoping for and he made our vision in to a reality. Our agate grey sash windows are so pretty. I can’t thank Paul & Gabby enough for how they worked. They tidied up each day and they really were professional! Lovely kind people to deal with!

Had our bi folding door delivered on the 21st June at 3.30. What amazing service it looks fantastic. we had Kev the delivery man who was a breath of fresh air awesome guy xx so would just like to say a big Thankyou to Kev and the company for a wonderful experience from start of the ordering to the end of receiving them.

We are very happy with the new sash windows which have a real authentic look about them. They open easily, so we have improved ventilation around the house. We like the security latches which enables them to be open with a small gap. The house is now quieter and warmer - we should have had them fitted years ago.

Our experience with the company has been very positive. The sales team were informative but not pushy. Good communication from the administrative team. And we were very impressed with the professionalism and skills of the fitting team.

I cannot fault this company, the windows are of very good quality, easy to order and every delivery has been well informed of and all drivers have been really helpful.

I have used Quickslide on 4 (4 whole houses) occasions over a period so my comment has a broad base value. I have found the staff hugely helpful if you ask them and include them in your order process. Measure the gap incorrectly or fit the window so the frame gets pulled out of shape (easily do e by the amateur or a poor fitter) then this is a SELF INFLICTED problem. I am a keen diy'er and have made mistakes being open and honest with them they helped me each time. I actually melted one frame by having a bare lightbulb too close prior to fitting. They replaced the frame for free. I have just finished refurbishing my 1896 home and Quickslide remain one of the best suppliers bar none. Just in case anyone thinks - I am based in Bristol and have NO links to this company.

Recently purchased 2 sets of flush French doors from Quickslide. Having researched the product online I then contacted Quickslide for pricing and availability, I spoke to Ray who was extremely helpful with product information and even sent me pictures of the doors on display in their showroom and of some that had recently been manufactured. Having agreed the price and delivery I placed the order and awaited delivery, when the door were ready I was contacted a few days prior to make sure I would be at home to take delivery .On the day of delivery the drive called in advance to give me an ETA, he arrived and what a nice chap he was,so helpful, myself and my wife assisted with the unloading,
To summarise.
Helpful sales department, good communication from ordering to delivery and most important a good quality product. Really pleased with my new flush French doors.

The member of staff dealing with our order was brilliant in that we were just going to order windows and door but he asked what we were making and knew exactly what extras we would need. Delivery was on time and the price was hood
