Great Investment platform

Excellent platform with an App that is very easy to use and gives accurate detailed and up to date information

Hassle free, quick and I am happy with service.

Sadly we’ve had a terrible experience with Quilter. We’ve been trying to withdraw money from a trust for 9 months and Quilter have been incredibly unhelpful, making things as complicated as possible and not offering any guidance or advice. At this point it feels unethical - it is not their money, we’ve completed numerous forms and followed endless procedures but there always seems to be something else they need or they change the requirements of the documents submitted (eg they said digital signatures were ok, then 20 days later contacted us to say that actually they required wet ink). I have to question whether they are holding onto our money for longer on purpose so they can make more money from it. I am very unhappy with the way Quilter have handled things and once we actually have access to our funds would not be using them again. I’d recommend anyone thinking of using them to steer clear.

This company provides an app which gives me an immediate update on my financial investments. I can look on a daily basis and there is a full breakdown in front of me. It couldn't be easier.
Recently, I needed to withdraw some funds, which I was able to by using the app. However, I didn't have a bank account set up and an agent guided me through the process on a phone call. She was excellent.

Website doesn't list the basics which is helpful for the collective bond, since in trying to do a withdrawal, i have to complete a paper form to send in the post with original id and a bank statement.
Company needs to catch up with the modern times.

My private pensions are now altogether in one place and can easily be accessed via the app. I appreciate that certain investments can go down as well as up but as of now, I’m happy with a 49% increase in value in 3.5 years!

It was simplicity itself to make a withdrawal from my Quilter ISA.

So far so reasonably good. I did not choose Quilter or their predecessors - they acquired my previous advisers with whom I was entirely satisfied. I had no choice in the matter at the time.

Money being invested sensibly, making good gains but losses are limited when market not so good. Easy to add monies. App easy to use to monitor progress of investments.

Quilter are so smooth and easy to deal with, professional and informative.
They have made our money work and we are over the moon with the returns.
