Excellent Online Experience.
Leaving aside the investment performance (which is good) what I value is the website just works. Easy to log on, easy to find what I want, easy to download and easy to navigate. Been using it for a few years now and it's consistently good. No need to look for a 'contact us' button because something hasn't been properly tested before release, or something is wrong. Reassuring and helpful.

Triying to get an answer on delayed documentation
I wanted to find out why my transfer documentation to another adviser had been delayed, and why, even though I had been told it would all be done in 48 hours the previous week, it had not been. I was none the wiser after the call, and just got "I can understand perfectly where you are coming from", which seemed at odds with the truth.

Quilter have been very good for me and my investments
Quilter have managed my investments very well for over ten years. Performance has been very good and Quilter work effectively to minimise loss during the unavoidable difficult times (eg during times when wars affect the financial markets).Communication is very good and transactions are carried out in a timely manner.

Quilter met my drawdown needs on time
I wanted to drawdown a certain amount from my personal pension which involved stocks and shares during this tax year whilst switching my bank accounts and the transaction was completed accurately with time to spare.

I've been using Quilter through my financial advisor for about 2.5 years now. My money is easy to access when I need it and I've set up a monthly income from the account. The Quilter Financial advisor gave me Great advice regarding transferring my works pension to a Pension provider which has Guaranteed a Much Improved Pay out. The Financial advisor also recommended an ISA account which at the moment is providing a Good Interest Rate !
