Would have given 5 stars as do know you from when you were based in Coventry, years ago.
I paid for extra postage to only have a delay of a week, but only informed After I approached to check what was going on!
Should have had my postage refunded. Company should have anticipated demand would be higher than they anticipated.
We have All been here before.
So found the delay off putting!
Royal Mail delivered within 48 hrs of receiving from company 👍🏼

Dispatch/Delivery Gone Downhill
I have been a customer of quinessence for years. The quality of oils are very good. However the time taking to dispatch and delivery has severely deteriorated. I used to be able to place an order and it was delivered within a few days ( if next day delivery paid for) my last order I had to chase up as I had received nothing for 10 days it had yet to be dispatched. I have still not received this order yet. I did get a reply from lovely person who said apologies waiting for larger bottles to come in stock and would be another 3/4 days. I said that was fine. I think if orders are consistently going to take some time though they should possibly give better updates without being chased. If service was upto old levels my score would have been 5 as quality still good

Excellent company to deal with.
I have found Quinessence to be an excellent company to deal with. Their web pages are very easy to navigate with copious information about their products, the ones I have used are of very good quality. Delivery of orders are prompt and information is given if there is any delay. As an experienced aromatherapist I am happy to recommend them.

Geramium bourbon essential oil
My parcel arrived later than expected because of Royal Mail. I contacted Jacki who was really helpful and offered to send a replacement.
The oil itself seems very good and has helped hugely with the pain from the shingles that l had
