Excellent Service
My recent job delivered by Quinns was a top quality product and Scott was fantastic every step of the way.
As a print broker I need a trade printer that I can rely on for quality , delivery and price and I have that in Quinns. The quality is exceptional and the staff are excellent.

Would recommend for all your printing needs...
Been using Quinn's for our "Village" brochure and flyer needs for some years and always had fantastic service and quality printing.
Our last 8 page brochure was problematic as it contained an A3 map which they helped me to print correctly on the centre page.
Staff are always positive and helpful. Quality and value has always been excellent.
I produced a 50 page book on our local church bells a year ago and Quinn's did a superb job on that too.
I would recommend them without reservation for all your printing needs.

Will be using again in the future...
Whilst there was a communication breakdown mostly to do with my side not understanding the process - they did an outstanding job ensuring that I got my prints on time and went above and beyond in helping me and my business.
The cards where sent DHL next day and even let me collect a roll fold print from them as it was quicker and more convenient for me.
They took several phone calls from myself and helped keep my time frames and timelines within the proper expectations and still went above and beyond delivering the print above the timescale.
I'm not saying that they will do your job before the 5 days that they claim I'm just saying in my case they exceeded their promise.
If you need something printed at an incredibly affordable price, I will recommend Quinns and will also be using them in the future.

Absolute joke of a company
Have been let down terribly. I called to check (as had issues with previous jobs but wanted to give them another chance) that they definately all up and running and would ensure my job was looked after. I explained I was nervous as was a new client which as a small growing business means a huge amount to me. I was assured all would be fine by the sales person and that they would keep an eye on the job. Job originally due for delivery last Wednesday. I contacted them to check all was on time and they assured me it was so I advised my client. Called Wednesday to check all went out and to ask for tracking. Was told they would call me back. No call several hours later so I called them again to be told the stitcher was down but was now up and running and the job was already printed and would be stitched and despatched the following day. Called Thursday. Was told would call be back. Again several hours. Finally told they didn’t go out on Wednesday as promised but would definitely be going out for delivery Friday. Guess what?! Again when I called them (as they never call you to notify of delays) they had more excuses and did not despatch. I spoke to despatch this time and they said that sales should never have advised me that they where ready as they clearly where not and put me through to the sales person who again said they would 100% be delivered on Monday without a doubt. I said to be completely honest as I was advising the client who was already concerned and they assured me it would be ok. I called my client as felt reassured. Emailed sales contact Monday morning to ask for tracking and no reply so called at 4pm. No answer with sales so went through to customer care who told me they had not been despatched on Friday (again as promised) and said they would be despatched for delivery Tuesday and that the sales person would email me with confirmation that they where despatched along with tracking info as well as an explanation as to why they where late. Again I received nothing and now Tuesday still nothing. I am actually in shock.
Awful service, no regard for someone trying to run a business and even with me be cautious and asking for honesty they still couldn’t. Seriously let down and still don’t know if the job has been despatched.
Small Company treated Big
Thank you for looking after myself and my company for the last number of years so well. Property Home and Away is a small company and not a big customer of yours but we feel like that, in the way you look after us time and time again.
I can place the order in minutes with Art work online, then get confirmation on email straight away and an update every day until the order is delivered to me in Dublin. This means that I can book in my leaflet company in advance, so that I have no delay in distribution,

Investors and Customers beware: Quinns took my money and ran.
Samples not sent, customer service callbacks never made, emails not replied to, roller marks all over the print...
I first used Quinns in 2013 and the job went badly wrong. I was assured by a Director that next time they would do better. Well, last year I gave them the benefit of the doubt - and the experience was even worse than before: These people are rude, uncommunicative and incompetent with no consideration for their customers or focus on their needs.
Peter Bradley, MD of the Bradley Group who own Quinns, told me they had a few 'teething problems' with their Liverpool factory but he hasn't had the courtesy to reply to my subsequent emails, offer any kind of refund or sort out the shambles caused by his team's incompetence. My advice to you? AVOID QUINNS LIKE THE PLAGUE.

late delivery
Gave this company a 16pp newsletter to do and was given a 7 day turnaround, no problem the customer didn't need it for an exhibition for 3 weeks, 7 days came and went, chased customer services who said it was in print, 14 days later still no delivery, rang again to say they were about to start the job, ended up having to get the job done at another printers, but when I came to ask for my money back miraculously the job was printed and no you can't have your money back. Terrible service, won't use again. Job number is QTP522276
