Appalling customer service. Ordered a pole saw over a week ago and despite trying to contact customer services FOUR times I have yet to receive anything or get a response. Cheap tat from China with zero focus on customers.

Trying to sell an item. Buyer made me an offer which I accepted but it is totally unclear how I can invoice the buyer for the reduced amount. Tried emailing Vinterior and opening a ticket but no reply after 3 hours. Has cost me an £800 sale.

Booked a fedex next day delivery and drove to the nearest collectplus shop only to be refused drop off because the parcel was ‘too big’. They also said that fedex hadn’t been to collect anything for several days anyway. Had to drive a further half an hour to another collection place. What a waste of time.

Paid £7.99 for Next Day Delivery and 5 days later the tap I ordered still isn't here. All they would do is refund me £4 even though it has cost me an extra £35 in plumber call out fees. Pathetic.

Rude and unprofessional response to a request for a £200 taxi ride. Apparently doesn’t need the work (especially weddings) Took 16 hours to reply to a booking request then said he’d taken another job. Massively let seven of us down. If you’re local to Frome, Castle Cary, Bruton or anywhere in between I’d avoid at all costs.

After being told our village would be connected ‘imminently’ we have now been waiting 7 months to be connected after signing up. After countless logistical cockups and false promises (including a presentation by the Voneus ‘team’ to our Parish Council promising to connect the entire community by the end of September) we have now been told they won’t even start roll out until the end of November). At this rate it’ll be a miracle if we get connected before Christmas. Other communities beware!

Bought a makita circular saw online and when I got it home after collection I discovered it had a 240v plug. Bit annoyed that it wasn’t flagged up at the time of purchase. Took it straight back and not only did they not have any normal 110v plug versions in stock of any make but neither did they have any adapters or transformers that I could use with the original item. Got a refund but pretty unimpressed and didn’t even get an apology for all the time I’d wasted. Went to Homebase instead and very happy with the DeWalt I ended up buying.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Appalling, terrible experience. Wish I had never parted with my money.
DON'T FALL FOR THEIR 7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - they tried to charge me a spurious £149 'admin fee' for no good reason when I returned my vehicle 5 days after buying it.
They claimed it was in the Ts&Cs - but that is completely false.
I hadn't damaged the car or driven it for more than 250 miles (for which they can only charge £99 +VAT) - they were just trying it on.
DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

I've ordered £320 worth of bareroot trees which I'm told won't be delivered for at least another month. A week ago I decided to change one of the trees on the order for one more expensive. I was told that the order can't be changed more than 10 minutes after it is placed. Seriously? Are you guys nuts???
If anyone is reading this, I'm about to cancel my whole order and buy from one of your competitors...

Just had a rude email from the Commercial Director of Boston Seeds. He's not interested in my complaint, accused me of trying to get something for nothing and suggested I resolve my problem by paying them yet more money. What a dreadful company to do business with. £250 badly spent.

I'm writing this in the hope that someone from Boston Seeds will reply to my email and contact form submission. The seeds I received looked the part but the hand spreader was less than useless. Once mixed with sand, the spreader simply didn't function. So I had to spread by hand and only managed to sow half the area as a result. Their estimation of how much coverage you get per kg is way off. Do I really want to spend another £250 with a company that can't be bothered to reply to my complaint? I feel duped and let down.

Confusing pickup instructions (there are TWO exit number 4 at Lisbon Airport, both of which have an Aerobus stop).
OK Car agent NOWHERE to be seen.
Minibus driver then SWORE AT ME for apparently closing the door too hard (not surprising given that I'd waited for 2.5 hours by that point).
FINALLY when I politely asked if someone could help me get my car, Portugal's answer to Basil Fawlty, the manager of the depot, slammed the door of his office and shouted at me for getting between him and his paperwork.

24 hrs to go before the Proms performance my partner booked and still no tickets and STILL NO REFUND. What a bunch of charlatans these guys are. Apparently they have been damaged in transit. How is that our fault? Customer service just place you in an interminable buckpass without giving any answers, any solutions or any money back. £100 down the drain. NEVER book anything through Viagogo again!

Samples not sent, customer service callbacks never made, emails not replied to, roller marks all over the print...
I first used Quinns in 2013 and the job went badly wrong. I was assured by a Director that next time they would do better. Well, last year I gave them the benefit of the doubt - and the experience was even worse than before: These people are rude, uncommunicative and incompetent with no consideration for their customers or focus on their needs.
Peter Bradley, MD of the Bradley Group who own Quinns, told me they had a few 'teething problems' with their Liverpool factory but he hasn't had the courtesy to reply to my subsequent emails, offer any kind of refund or sort out the shambles caused by his team's incompetence. My advice to you? AVOID QUINNS LIKE THE PLAGUE.
