Excellent service, my kids are on their screens a lot less than before, very happy with it!

Honestly really impressed with Questido. It’s easy to use, runs smoothly, and feels well thought out. You can tell the team put real effort into making the experience enjoyable. I’ve had a great time using it and would definitely recommend it.

I requested a refund for my Qustodio subscription and have been repeatedly redirected between support and billing without a clear decision.

Despite multiple contacts, no one has confirmed whether the refund is approved or rejected, nor provided a reference number or timeline. This feels like intentional delay rather than customer support.

At this point, I am documenting this publicly and will proceed with a chargeback through my payment provider if the issue is not resolved promptly.

This app does not meet my expectations or needs. There are too many issues and inconsistencies to justify continuing with the service. My children are repeatedly denied access to their phones even when the rules are configured to allow it. They are also unable to use age appropriate games despite those apps being explicitly permitted.
I was unable to test the Qustodio Calls and Messages feature during the trial period, and I would not have purchased the subscription had I known the limitations. I was informed that this feature requires the child to continually press a “trust” button, meaning it only works if the child cooperates—defeating the purpose of parental monitoring. Additionally, the product only functions properly when both the monitoring device and the child’s phone are on the same Wi Fi network, which is not practical when the kids are away for a weekend.
I also find it unacceptable that I must purchase a separate support plan in order to receive assistance.

For the most part the app on both child and parent sides run smoothly.

It does have some issues with showing all texts, and can be a bit glitchy with our iPhone. But all in all a great app especially for computers.

If I would have a fix it would be that instead of a message popping up on the kids end that a site is blocked they just cannot access the site with a small error message instead as my son does say it can be embarrassing.

Easily deactivated and bypassed by children

The Roblox application on PC can easily bypass Qustodio's rules. My son was still able to run Discord after the time limit expired. After contacting the company, they sent a generic email with instructions to install Qustodio and restart the computer. That didn't solve anything. Qustodio can report other apps but doesn't know anything about Roblox running. My son only has standard user privileges and he doesn't have the ability to hack the computer.

This app is the best in terms of ease of use. I have tried Google and others. The kids were able to get around them. Qusodio has so many features that are perfect for parents who don't want to spend all night trying to just set the thing up. Super easy to use. The best feature is the finger roll to adjust the screen time at any time. I would hate to say this, but it is a helicopter mom's dream come true.

Kids find a way to avoid qustodio vpn. There are numerous bypass glitch in android app. Iphone.... remove profile takes all away! no use!

What an awful and stressful experience!

I had high hopes initially, as the app offered internet blocking as well as location tracking, which was useful for when my daughter did not deserve screen time.

However, when I discovered the internet blocking tool could not be switched off, I uninstalled her phone from the app and then deleted the app.

This failed to work, and I was then left with a locked phone and an upset daughter!

After much googling and YT videos watching for a remedy, the phone I managed to unlock but with no help from their so called support.

AVOID!

I wrote to support asking about the app you are forced to use to review text messages on an iPhone while using Qustodio. The app has numerous issues and is unreliable, at best. Realistically, it's unusable.

Support responded to me with fixes I'd already tried. Eventually, they gave up. Their last response was "If you're so unhappy with the product you can cancel your subscription." Let's review that. Instead of offering to fix their product and increase their customer satisfaction they were ok with just writing me off with their support knowing full well how unusable, unreliable, and unfulfilling of their promised functionality the iPhone monitoring app is.

Great interaction and helpful.

This tool works well for the average household with younger kids.
However, if you have kids 9+ OR really savvy kids, they can quickly find ways to turn off and uninstall Qustodio.
And when I reached out to Qustodio with my premium account, I received no response. Very frustrating and reduces the effectiveness of this parental control.

Great support listening for features.

I still think Qustodio is missing key features but at least reporting I could successfully pass them to design team.

It doesnt show activities for my kid as it says it will do in premium. Support services send standard template with steps via email only which doesnt help. they have no support phone line to talk live and troubleshoot. They have system to schedule call which goes month ahead and no one then calls you at the schedule time. For me it was waste of money and time

It seems to be blocking the sites that I need it to and it then shuts down the phone also when I need it to.

Absolute MUST for families with kids of all ages! The internet is the street, and you don't cut your kids lose on the streets. Worth every cent!
