I haven't received the Rowenta vacum…

I haven't received the Rowenta vacum bags yet despite being asked twice to rate a review.
I have now received the bags. Reasonably priced, perfect fit, and good quality.
I jumped the gun with my first review. I was informed beforhand that the request fot a review might come before receiving my order. Neglected to read it properly

Timely & as ordered

Needed new part for Sebo & Radford supplied it as ordered. Delivery by Yodel was quick considering the Christmas rush!

excellent fit

very happy with the vacuum cleaner head!! it fits my DC08 dyson perfectly

Ordered an on/off switch for a 1980's…

Ordered an on/off switch for a 1980's VAX 2000 machine. Has just arrived, perfect, just what I needed.
Good set of emails telling me of progress, which is always appreciated. Royal Mail took a bit longer to deliver than normal but obviously, can't put the fault at Radford's door for that. I can recommend this company, they appear very efficient.
Of course, I am not entirely happy as I now have to vacuum the house as the on/off switch works perfectly.
Well done to Radfords.

When I ordered it looked like there…

When I ordered it looked like there were 2 in a pack fir £4.99 but only arrived as one and after I called yourselves they said it was only 1 in pack. To be honest now I wish I had ordered elsewhere as they were much cheaper so I can say I won’t be ordering from yourselves again .
