Excellent service, second time we’ve ordered from Radiator Outlet.
Always delivered within 48 hours and great on price!

My radiator was delivered quickly. Very pleased with the colour and quality.

Good choice, variety and sizes of radiators available. Very easy to order with quick and efficient delivery, driver put the rads where we asked him to.
Quality of the radiators we ordered was excellent.
We've used Radiator outlet before and will use them again. Definitely recomend.

The radiators look good and are really nice, good quality and really speedy delivery. My only gripe is the brackets, not to the same standard as the radiators, they were not straight or square, hence when you looked at them from above as they were visible from the top of the radiator it is very bad.

No problem with the product but their delivery and customer service absolutely suck - avoid if you can buy elsewhere.

Ordered a radiator but, despite staying in all day, didn’t receive it. Checked the delivery company’s tracker to see it had been signed for just after midday.

Messaged the delivery company and Radiator Outlet but only the delivery company responded, saying they’d left it at my neighbours at 83. I’m no. 75! Explained that they are not my neighbours, to be told Radiator Outlet had given my number as 85.

Went to no. 83 who told me they hadn’t received a delivery and 85 were not in.

Chased radiator outlet the next day who did respond with a photo of 85’s doorstep (despite them saying they’d delivered to 83 as there was no answer at 85).

I did receive a call from Radiator Outlet, and they offered to send me another radiator, which I accepted.

The next weekend I went to no.85 again and they found the radiator, which had been left at the side of their house (in the rain).

I told Radiator Outlet that I’ve found the first radiator and they didn’t respond.

A couple of days later I got a call from the delivery company to arrange the collection.

I contacted Radiator Outlet another two times again, no response. Glad I did the decent and honest thing (even if I had to wait in again all day for a third time!) but their distain for their customers is very clear.

Only problem was delivery what they state and what you get is very different.

Exactly what we ordered and delivered with care

Placed our order very late one night so it would arrive 2 days later, which was brilliant for our needs. However the following evening it arrived as the driver happened to be passing our area so popped it in.
Well packaged and delivered by a friendly, helpful driver.

The radiator arrived promptly and looks beautiful. I‘ve knocked a star off because the delivery was dreadful. The radiator was just left it outside on the pavement. I had received no communication apart from knowing it was due that day. Nobody knocked on the door or rang the bell. My neighbour saw them just put it against my property boundary and walk off! I appreciate that Radiator Outlet would have used a delivery company, but they have to take responsibility for their expectations regarding the delivery service.

Pleased with radiators

4 out of 7 radiators arrived damaged. The radiator outlet provided the option to relace them or provide a discount and keep the damaged radiators. I took the discount and kept them as i had already the plumber lined up to install them upon arrival. Had i returned them and waited for the new ones to arrive i would have been significantly delayed with the fitting. It would have been so much better if the radiators ordered had arrived damage free as they should have done. Other than that they look good for the original price paid.
