The staff so friendly and helpful.
Wish I frequented there regularly because all my needs would be met.

Absolutely dreadful! I placed an order of £53.00... 3 weeks later I got a pair of cheap sunglasses! I've tried to contact them via email and by phone with no response! PLEASE, PLEASE don't spend your hard earned money on this fraudulent website.. I've learnt my lesson

SCAM - Don't be taken in by 'discount' prices.

Look at the details carefully and you'll see there's no UK phone number to call to make enquiries.

If you can't speak to someone before placing your order who talks English and is in the UK then don't buy.

Bottom of page 'copyright' states 2020 - I think the genuine Radley Co have been in business longer than that !!

I'd like to see these websites taken down but trouble is they'll only pop up again in a different guise - scurrilous F***ers !

Really wish I had seen this page before ordering from this site. Paid £35.55 for a small Kipling bag. As other people here have said, they took more then that from my card, ignored messages to cancel the order then actually sent me a very dodgy looking fake Burberry scarf.

They are blaming the shipping company for mixing up my order and trying to get me to accept a 38% refund to keep the crap scarf. Clearly a scam site, avoid!

FRAUD ALERT!! I paid £58.56 for a Radley handbag from this website, and received a pair of very nasty fake Ray Ban sunglasses about 3 weeks later from them (probably worth about 99p in the market). Do NOT use this website, it is a scam.

I ordered a Ted Baker bag that was 1/2 price which at the time there were sales of Ted Baker so wasn't suspicious. Waited 3 weeks for it to arrive and I got a base ball cap no bag.
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

As all the other people I ordered from this site. When I checked my bank they had taken more than I paid and was to pearlstein foundation in the us. I contacted the bank and they said it looked like fraud and cancelled the payment. I’ve never heard from the seller so breathed a sigh of relief but have just received a letter from visa saying that because I put my details in then it isn’t fraud. I’ve spent an hour with visa telling them all the information that I’ve found out and asked them why they couldn’t be bothered to find this out themselves and why they are now paying them. Please get all the information about these people before you contact the bank.

Noticed ad for Radley handbags at greatly reduced prices on my home page. Thought that with Black Friday etc, every retailer gets rid of stock and maybe they were end of line. Very glad my payment got rejected twice. Seeing reviews here and on other sites, I've had a lucky escape.

Checked bank statement earlier and no outstanding transactions, so I can breathe again. Not the time of year to have debit card cancelled...

Alarm bells rang when no confirmation e mail was received . I contacted the bank and more money than the order was debited. There is no e mail contact address on their website and the phone number belongs to a Steve Johnson who never answers!
I have contacted the bank and now have to wait 15 days to see if anything arrives ( probably Gucci socks from the review s below ) . Never been scammed before - always a first I guess. Definitely Black Friday.

This is a scam website sadly I was conned too purchasing a Radley handbag which was supposed to be £37. I should have known I was being ripped off at that price for a Radley but I was taken in by it.
I had a message come up on the website saying my payment had been declined in large green lettering as soon as I had entered my card details so I tried to pay again. This time a message came up saying payment not accepted do not honour!
I contacted my bank card customer services who told me the payment had gone through for a different amount of £39 something and I had been redirected to another website in China who had taken the payment.
My bank opened a fraud case and luckily I have been reimbursed. It turned out that I was actually charged £40 something for the bag and a fee to convert my money to USD too.
I did receive e mails from them saying a package was being sent from Daibo in China by China Post and a fake text from Royal Mail with a fake tracking number.
A small package was delivered to my neighbour by mistake yesterday containing 2 pairs of fake Gucci socks, one bright red and one white which are going in the bin.
I have learnt my lesson, if something seems like it's a big bargain it probably isn't genuine.

I have just been completely conned by this website. I recently ordered a Radley purse for £30.55 with free delivery. When my order arrived, in the parcel was a counterfeit Gucci scarf. After several emails I was told their express delivery company had got my order mixed up with another one. They then offered me a refund of 30% and said that I could keep the scarf!! Interestingly, they are now saying that this purse is no longer available but it is still showing as being in stock on the website. Was it ever actually in stock?!

Don't get conned like I have been, do not buy from this website.

I SO wish I had read the reviews on this site. I have just fallen into the same trap!! Ordered an Orla Kiely bag for £77 - debited £88.05 from a seller in China. No confirmation email and I am convinced there will be no O.K. bag at the end of it either!! Do NOT order from this website!!

Ordered 3 Ted Baker purses for presents. Charged £116 but £130 taken from my account. Only 1 purse arrived !! and it was a very cheap nasty one nothing like what I had ordered. I feel really stupid for being conned in this way. I will be making a case with my bank. Don't make the same mistake I did - and stay away from this fraudulent website.
