I ordered two purses from this company a Ted Baker and a Fossil one. They have arrived and are not what I ordered! I received two cheaply made random purses nothing like what I ordered and definitely not a designer make. I have tried to make contact by sending a message on their website and via the email address that was with the purses which was “just in case there was anything wrong with the items purchased” I received an autoreply from the email but not heard anything further from them! I’m now contacting my bank to see if they can try and get my money back!

I ordered a LK Bennett bag on the 27th May. The delivery time said 5-10 working days which was fine. I did have a notification from my bank asking and double checking I wanted to make payment, not thinking much of it I pressed on. The business takes payment from a random company in Shanghai - I started then to think maybe this isn't going to be a great experience. Its now been a month and there is no bag... I have emailed, emailed and emailed the company and had nothing back. Not an automated response or a rejection, they are clearly ignoring the communication. Foolishly I didn't put on a credit card, however it is a breach of the consumers act if you just haven't received the goods, therefore I have opened a case with my bank. They will see a charge back from the company in turn, and if its in excess of £100 you can do it via section 75 (i think that is what it is) appalling company, would NEVER deal with again or recommend. I bought the bag originally from house of fraser and it became faulty that is the only reason I bought it from here, as it was of similar price so thought it was genuine. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
