If you wish to have absolutely worst experience ever don't skip visiting this lovely place. Staff is maximally unpleasant and unhelpful and would tell you to come tomorrow 2 times rather then help you fill one payment slip.
1/10 wouldn't recommend this bank to worst enemy.

ATM "eat" my money and after 7 days they are still NOT returning my money. Just to say it is ATM at their biggest bank office in Belgrade.

Every month there is new problem with this bank. My cards were 'deleted' 15 days ago and still from that day I can not pay online.
I have been a Raiffeisen Bank customer for 10+ years, never had any problems. They have great service online and offline, AI support and 24/7 ATMs in key locations. Highly recommend.
