Completely underwhelming chicken. Lacked basic seasoning. One word to describe would be bland. Lackluster fries. Something you can get in the frozen section of the market. Poor excuse for "texas toast... See more

The quality and taste of the food is on…

The quality and taste of the food is on point, but my complaint is that the chicken fingers, canes sauce, and coleslaw keep getting smaller and smaller and for the prices of the meal options I think that’s quite ridiculous. At this point you need at least 2 or 3 sauces just for a box combo because the sauce cups are even smaller now. Same thing for the coleslaw

The most tasteless chicken I have ever eaten.

I went to their restaurant located in Midlothian, VA. The strips were really small. The chicken was tender but had absolutely no flavor, unless you dipped it the only sauce they offer, other than ketchup. I do not like their sauce. I don’t like ketchup on my chicken. The fries were terrible, no salt and limp. It’s super expensive. I gave it 1 try and I will never go back. I see there are lots of other people who think exactly as I do. Tasteless chicken. Huge waste of money. I can’t believe they are in so many States.

Terrible place

My daughter and I went to this establishment yesterday. We waited in line for 25 minutes. Then made it to the ordering area. Ordered our food, and when we got to the window. They had never put our order in. And when I asked what I should do. The lady just stood there and I said. Well, I guess we'll go. And she said OK and we laughed without food after being there for 30 minutes. This particular raising cane is on Boynton Beach boulevard by b j's and chick fil. A in Boynton Beach, Florida. And we will be sticking with Chick-fil-A, which is absolutely fabulous!

Raising Canes DO BETTER !!

The port Allen,la. Location. I went thru the drive thru. I did not realize till I got home. The dr. Pepper was light colored and taste like chemicals. The fries were ice cold. The chicken was like rubber. I had to throw everything away. A waste of over $25. Never again. Do better Raising Canes.

The new smaller size of the chicken…

The new smaller size of the chicken tenders is much much smaller than their initial offering which customers have grown to love, and that built their business to today. One visit to the restaurant I just thought I got a bad batch of tenders, but after several more attempts, the size of the tenders has stayed consistently small, which if you read online, this is a corporate change they’ve made recently. they have succumb to shrinkflation and raise their prices as well. They should change the name to chicken fingers or chicken strips. My two. Cents

Not Impressed

Not impressed, just only tenders they could be open more like a Popeyes or KFC far as a menu. Tenders were tender though but bland, sauce not that great either.
But just wanted to see for myself what all the hype was all about with this expansion.
Thanks but no thanks, I've had better.

Found hair in my plate

After spending $17.03 for the Caniac 6pc chicken strips, because i love Cane"s chicken strips. I found a 4 inch piece of curly hair inside plate. Needless to say, I was pissed and too far away from the restaurant to return.

Please make sure everyone's hair is covered at the Main and Buffalo Speedway location.

MY EXPERIENCE!

MY EXPERIENCE!
I am unsure if the Waldorf grand opening was overwhelming! However, after a 2 hour drive through wait, at 6pm, the quality of my meal was HORRIBLE! I ordered 2 kids meals, toast and Coleslaw. The fries were unsalted and soggy and the chicken was not seasoned! The meals were trashed! I have heard great things about Raising Cane’s and was so excited about the grand opening, however MY experience was HIGHLY disappointing! Not to mention a waste of my money!!

Where to begin!

Where to begin!! 1) we went through the drive thru. At Tulsa Hills area Raising Cains. The young man was so fast speaking and slang slur that we couldn’t understand him at all! We kept saying, I’m sorry what did you say? Then he would say hang on, then repeat a random order that wasn’t even ours?? We would correct him with our order and finally pulling around in hopes that our order was right? Nope! 2)What we ordered was not right at all! The tea was not 1/2 and 1/2, the box combos that we were charged for had 3 not 4 tiny pinky sized chicken strips each. The bread totaled more weight length width than the 3 pieces combined. The cost was almost 40.00?? 10.something per meal. The meal was cold seriously semi frozen and the window cashier was almost as inaudible as the person that took our order. She slurred her words badly. Almost like she was just hating even having to speak or take the effort to speak to the customer. I’m wondering now if they train them to be to cool to speak clearly, or maybe it’s a requirement for hire…you must be very cool and slur words to work for us. Don’t care about accuracy on orders and disregard customers except for when you are collecting payment.. it is essential that you get that part right.

Well this was my last visit to raising Cains. I used to love them, but they have changed!! Recommendation: don’t waist your hard earned money or time. This experience sucked so much that I do not ever want to return!

Todd Graves & Canes Publicity Stunt

Todd Graves and Canes publicized that some members of the LSU National Champion Women’s Basketball Team and Coach Kim Mulkey would be there this morning working a shift from 10:30-11:30. They encouraged the public to come out and meet them. We arrived at 9:45 and waited outside in line. The team and coach arrived about 10:30 and for almost 45 minutes we could see through the window that the girls and coach were signing many many many balls for Todd Graves and having photo op after photo op with Cane’s people. Fans were allowed inside at 11:15 and the coach and teammates left at 11:30. This was not for the fans. This was strictly for publicity for Todd Graves and Cane’s. Had it truly been for the fans Todd Graves could have gotten all his balls signed and photos taken at a separate time. He has the influence to do so, especially as one who makes NIL deals with the players. We have been Cane’s fans forever but will never again set foot in another Raiding Canes.
