Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, quality of goods, and they do not refund, despite saying they do. They basically took my money and accepted the returned item. Win win for them.

They take 24 hours to answer with and…

They take 24 hours to answer with and another worthless response that doesn't work. Have been unable to get a response about returning the items for refund, just that they are sorry they have a 30 day return policy from delivery date which was only 6 days ago. I would never buy anything from this company again. I think they are a fraud because they sell junk and don't stand behind it.

Cheaper item delivered

Placed order 4 months ago received balance of order 1 item delivered cheaper and incorrect.
Item purchased $19.99 item sent $1.99
They have broken their contract with me.
I requested a refund for the difference in numerous emails back a fore all they are doing is stalling. Another 3 months later still stalling still no refund.
They have offered 15% off my next order. I am not prepared to wait 4+ months and them deliver the wrong item again no thanks.
Next step contact card company.
Very poor customer service.
I will not be buying from them again.

Online Shopping Worst of the Worst

Want to give them zero stars - just an unacceptable experience through and through and after no response by email(to general email, to PayPal email and in response to my order confirmation), I'm resorting to filing a credit card chargeback.

I've never, ever, ever, seen customer service so non-existent.

Order took 6 weeks to arrive and then the operating part was missing. I emailed them with explanation and was told to send a picture! Having read the return policy, I was just a bit surprised. When I phoned the 800 number supplied, it was not available according to phone company. So much for this company and my money.

100% guarantee my a**

They say all over their website there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but that is not true. A person has 30 days from order but the order takes at least 2 weeks to arrive. Even using the useless anti-snore device for 3 or 4 days I am told I can get no refund.

This company is using numerous names on…

This company is using numerous names on Facebook. I ordered an item from Jack Seeds and once I completed the order this showed up: A N & Associates FlorenceScovel and now I learned RAMA Deals. Within in minutes I tried to call with no luck then I sent and email to cancel the order.

This morning I received this email: Unfortunately your order is currently being processed and we are unable to to cancel at this point. If you are no longer interested in this item, you may refuse the delivery and have the unopened package sent back to us. Once we can confirm this has been done via the tracking information we will be able to issue a refund. I sent them more than five emails on the 12th of May telling them to cancel the order. When you call the 1-800 you get NO ONE and no option to leave a message.

As of today 5/27 NOTHING has been shipped even though they created a shippiing label on 5/21. That is ALL they have done and all you ever get is excuses and nothing more.

Surprised to read ppl's review

Hello Guys,
I was checking reviews of a particular product and happened to see this page, and I totally understand the frustration with e-commerce sites as i shop online. But I also feel just based on one bad experience we can't really judge a company and and we all write reviews just for bad experience we hardly write it for good experience that's very human tendency. I have shopped from this site actually at-least 3-4 times as they have lots of promos going on all the time and they products are cool and makes my life easy. I would't say i didn't have issues i did get it late, also had to call few times but i would say it's a bad site. sometimes even biggest brands and companies delays things. Don't we experience good and bad or mixed experience with almost everything and everyone.

I bought an endoscope for my smartphone, would not work with any apps, free or paid for, including their recommended one, which was also plagued with adverts, the final time I plugged it in, after carrying out their instructions to the letter, my phone started buzzing loudly, with lines running up and down the screen, I rapidly shut it down, without any apparent damage fortunately, their response to try again and take a video of the fault, or they cannot entertain a refund or exchange, like hell I will.
I think I am going to have to accept defeat and suffer the loss.

Lawsuit?

Can we, as a group, start a class action lawsuit against this company? I would be willing to start one. Also, what about contacting VISA about the problems with this company. A huge chargeback could also work.

Truth in Advertising...

They had a car seat wedge device advertised at 78% off its regular price of $59.99. The sale price they showed was $39.99. I contacted them and asked which was correct, 78% off of $59.99 (which is about $13) or $39.99 (which is about 35% off). The reply was something abut how Facebook ran the ads and they had no control.

The concept of truthful advertising seemed to be too much for them to grasp. I will avoid this company.

I wish I could give them a ZERO star…

I wish I could give them a ZERO star rating. I ordered something from them that I saw on facebook. The next page after submitting the order showed me the delivery time frame. It was RIDICULOUSLY long, so long that I no longer even needed the product by the time it will arrive. I instantly sent an email requesting the order to be canceled. It was the next day before they replied telling me, "Thank you for your order". They told me how much I would like the product and that they are sure that I will be happy with my order. I replied to that and it took another whole day before they replied to tell me that the order was being processed and could not be stopped. This is bull, I won't get the item for 7-10 weeks from now but you can't cancel it????

Keep clear of this company

The company is also using a different name and website "vhstodigitalpro.com" I asked to cancel within hours of ordering, which they completely ignored and sent a confirmation of my order.
Two days later they sent a confirmation that it has been sent, but the tracking number is invalid, so it was a fake number, and I doubt if I will ever receive it.
They are also flooding Facebook with their false company, they are a fraud and Facebook needs to delete them from their site .
I would also suggest to put comments on their Facebook page to warn other potential customers of their fraudulent activity.

Frustrated and unhappy

Less than an hour after ordering a gadget to transfer VCR tapes to DVDs, I realized that I had no VCR so, unless I magically could transfer the tapes, the gadget was useless to me so I immediately tried to cancel the order. No luck - since then have been trying to return the package - with no luck. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Don't Order from Rama Deals

I bought a Magic Toy Truck on FB from Rama Deals in early December. Their ad promised "Ships within 24 hours." The minute I submitted my order, I got an email saying that there was a backlog and it would arrive in 3-4 weeks. The truck was defective. I wrote an email, provided a video showing the problem (which they required). When a replacement truck arrived, it too was defective (would only run backwards, wouldn't turn off!). Avoid this company at all costs!
