Buyer Beware! Wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase.

Ordered a travel adapter 6 weeks ago with promises of delivery in 2-4 weeks and 6 weeks later still waiting with worst service I have experienced. Away overseas tomorrow without adapter. DO NOT DEAL with this company, full of false promises. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing as don't think anyone has had a good thing to say about them.

The worst ever website you can buy from. Never trust these people. They don't even want to refund me even though they never sent me the product. All they have when you send them emails is automatic email reply with the same subject. Be aware this company is skam.

I orderd Rose seeds from this Company way hack in April 2018 , told me they would be delivered within 4-6 weeks , i tried calling the company , the number had been disconnected , sent an e-mail , no response other then : we would like to hear from you about our customer service : it is now the middle of July , no seeds , but guaranteed 100% money hack guarentee , nope seeds got lost , i have contacted the BBB and hired an attorney , STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THE CON ARTIST SCAMMERS ,

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Save your money and stay away. Believe me you can find it somewhere else without being ripped off. When my item didn't show up within six weeks after ordering after I was told it would be 7 to 10 days, tried to cancel the order. They would not do it they said if I was not satisfied I could return the item. Finally received it 4 Weeks Later and it was broken and unusable. I had to pay the postage and send them the tracking information to receive my refund. I paid to return the item and I paid to have a broken item shipped to me because they don't pay postage. Absolutely and completely a rip-off stay away!

I bought a flash drive for downloading photos from an iPhone to a PC from thses folks. Their on-line ad said the device was compatible with the iPhone 7/7+, which proved to be totally incorrect. Several other Internet buyers said the same thing. Now, after four email responses to their requests for more information, they also want video proof of my claim. It’s obvious I’m being put off and that they (AN & Associates in New York state and Rama Deals) have no intention of reimbursing me. Why? They can confirm it for themselves in ten seconds...the device simply doesn’t fit later-model iPhones. I can provide proof of purchase if needed.

Simply stated, this company will do nothing but steal your money and offer no solution, compensation or refund of any kind. In other words, they are thieves. To bad consumers can't have someone arrested for this. If you stole a .25 cent pack of gum from Walmart you would be arrested, but this company steals tens of thousands of dollars and no one is held accountable.

This company is a scam! I paid $50 for a kids GPS watch that never worked and they continuously blew me off refusing to refund my money. It’s hard to believe that in 2018, this company is allowed to operate.

will not ship your product until forever, and will not issue a refund. Customer service is slow and only gives copy and pasted responses. Do not purchase products from this company.

Hello I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a Solar Pond Pump so money taken and a sub standard, scratched , marked pump arrived, I returned it within 24 hours to a P.O. box no 27 in Southall UB9 postcode, this return address was all that was on the envelope, since then email after email
have been exchanged proof of postage 3 times and a photo, all have been a waste of time, today another email to say that the PO box is not recognised so I am now £41.00 @ £2.95p down as they say no refund? DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. It was ordered via a web site called JACK SEEDS and payment went to a company call AN-ASSOCIATES.

DO NOT BUY from them. They are a scam. All the other negative reviews are true. Social media sites such as instagram should vet those they allow to advertise.

Almost three months after I ordered I still do not have the product. They keep on promising to reship it after they it got lost but nothing is happening. Fouche' Viljoen

I AM DISGUSTED DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY - MY PARCEL FINALLY TURNED UP 7 MONTHS AFTER ORDERING THE GOODS WANTED TO RETURN IT NO LONGER WANTED THE GOODS AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND DUE TO THEIR 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. THE PARCEL WAS ADDRESS TO MY APARTMENT NUMBER AND SUBURB THIS WAS AN ERROR ON THEIR PART NOT PUTTING THE CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS ON THE PARCEL. EVEN SCANNING THE LABELS TO SHOW THEM THEIR MISTAKE THEY STILL WOULD NOT REFUND ME THE MONEY THEY NEED TO BE STRUCK OFF DEALING WITH CUSTOMER HERE IN AUSTRALIA AS THEY CANNOT SPEAK THE LANGUAGE AND INTERPRET ADDRESS. I WILL TAKE THIS UP WITH CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND HAVE THEM NOT BE ABLE TO SELL HERE PLEASE LET YOUR FRIENDS KNOW THEY ARE DEALING WITH A COMPANY ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING YOUR MONEY AND THEN NOT REFUNDING WHEN THE PARCEL TOOK 7 MONTHS TO GET HERE.

I left a message for Rama, they quick respond to my e-mails and they are very quick to address/rectify the issues after the item arrived.They have good customer service because the packaging was opened and resealed before I received it, I have an appointment to make sure the item is new (as it appears so) and assuming it gets the nod as new, this will close an excellent transaction.

Horrible customer service! Products cheap. Have 30 day guarantee and they will flood you with emails until 30 days are up. This company should be shut down ! Do not buy from Rama Deals!

Why I rate them 3 is just to improve there shipping to be more promptly in the time frame of delivery. Working with the customer service was very easy. They are very professional. After all, it is such a nifty invention. The product is strong and durable. Just followed the directions and it will work perfectly. You will not be disappointed with the quality of this company.

When the item came in the mail, it was flimsy construction. I emailed them for a refund and they refunded me completely even without the original packaging. I went a few days later to return the items too (also without original packaging) and received a refund. I went back again to there website to purchase another back brace and now I am very pleased with item!
