My car was taken in for repair

My car was taken in for repair. Returned to me wi#h swirls and looked worse #han it went in. The work shop shop called and told me I need to stop talking, yes I had a liquid lunch what has that got to do with my call. Please do not use this garage they are Cowboys.

I never wanted to use this garage after seeing the reviews pls pls do not use them

Last minute order

After trying to decide weather to purchase or not- I had left it until last minute to order and was really lucky to get some Fairfax and Favor explorer boots in the sale (an absolutely brilliant price!) in my size. I have ordered from them a few times (always been good) but just recently ordered from them after the “guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas” cut off on Friday 19th Dec. The estimated dispatch date was Monday 22nd Dec (not guaranteed as said previously), however the parcel was actually dispatched on Saturday 20th which I was so surprised and happy with! The boots were then delivered the following day. Absolutely exceptional service, I was so pleased that the boots arrived before Christmas. Thank you so much!

Nice people, but not great service

Not the worst, but really not great. Ordered wormer for a pony, and answered the online questions on Wednesday. Received a call on Friday to answer the same questions. Order included a pair of riding tights, but they were too big. Return involves looking up on their web page, and paying £5 for a Royal Mail label. Just seems a bit 10 years ago service. Won’t order from them again, sadly. Nice people.

Regarding returns, we do charge a small fee for our prepaid Royal Mail label to help cover postage costs, but customers are always welcome to use their own return method if preferred.

I ordered a saddle off this company…

I ordered a saddle off this company with the measurements given by my saddle fitter, but unfortunately it didn’t fit …with an email sent,I was quickly able to return the item and refunded within a day or two! absolute amazing customer service. I have to mention Rhianne, she is in charge of Returns and deliveries and nothing was too much trouble for her!
To my horror, I mislaid the tag which was necessary to return the saddle and if it was returned without I would receive 10% less of the cost of the saddle.. a few days later I found it in the bottom of my grooming kit. I took a picture of it and sent an email asking whether they would accept it if I sent it in an envelope therefore restoring my full refund.
I had an email the next day saying of course just send it and we will sort the 10% refund back to you. It was so easy and swift.Rhianne should be recognised for her brilliant customer service. She is an absolute asset to that company. Well done to her.!!!

Clearly wasn't worth their effort to ship

Placed a small order, received a cancellation and refund the next day stating item not in stock, however not only was it showing in stock on day of purchase it's still showing as in stock on their website after being cancelled. I can only conclude my order was not worth their effort to pack and ship so they cancelled. Fortunately there are many many other country stores out there who are more customer oriented.

Disappointed

Purchased a Paramo beanie in size s/m. I am a male with a very small head size in fact 53 which is XS in normal head wear. The only other size is l/xl .
I purchased the hat in good faith assuming it would fit me but it is seriously tight and wish to return it.
They are charging me £5 for the privilege when in fact it is their fault…disappointed, beware…..

Easy order process and fast delivery

Very, very fast delivery and smooth purchase process. I ordered 2 dog beds on Sunday morning (£60 total) and chose standard delivery (1-5 working days). I received emails later that morning confirming despatch and then further emails from DPD confirming delivery information. The order arrived by lunchtime Monday - amazing service! Items were correct and packaged well.

Avoid this company.

Absolutely appalling service from a company that seemingly has no understanding of customer service or awareness of Distance Selling Regulations. My wife paid to return a faulty item, only for them to email us stating that because the tag had been removed, they would not issue a refund. Furthermore, they insisted she call to arrange and pay for the faulty item to be sent back to us—utterly ridiculous! I strongly advise always paying with a credit card to ensure Section 75 cover or using PayPal for additional protection

Poor customer service

Delivery and product was fine, paid £7.95 for the Saturday next day delivery, it came fine. Website said entitled to free gift for the clippers, but it did not come as I did not select correctly. I asked if it could be sent afterwards and they said yes but you have to pay extra delivery of £3.95. Even though I had saved the company on their original offer of free delivery over £50. Poor customer service, not thoughtful or empathetic. Would not use again.

Scam delivery charges!! Scam discounts!!!!!

I was entitled to free delivery over £50 ( spending £299) but chose the option for next day delivery. Nothing came. Called them, next day delivery cut off is 1pm. But their system doesn’t describe this as ‘next day delivery if order placed before 1pm’ and has no asterisk * to search elsewhere for the small print ( found on a completely different page )
Next I noticed the system had glitched and the £25 off £200 discount wasn’t applied.
So upon receiving goods I have politely emailed them to honour this and been flatly refused. This is something advertised on their page as £25 off £200 spend. I’ve spent £299 plus £5.95 postage that I needn’t have bothered paying and now they won’t honour their own offer!! There’s no actual reason not to honour it, I’ve spent enough, it’s within date and it’s something that should be removed if they’re not prepared to be genuine or honest about it.
I’ve never actually received such bad customer service from a company. They don’t even use any names when you speak to them and remain anonymous.

Ordered an item was no longer in stock

Ordered an item was no longer in stock. I felt the staff member how I was dealing with very very rude kept talking over me and not helpful! I decided to cancel the all of the order and purchase from Hatton Park saddlery item arrived the very next day with no problems. Won’t be ordering from R&R again! One of the worse customer services ever!!!

Was sent wrong size item in the correct…

Was sent wrong size item in the correct labelled packaging, I told the company who then ignored my messages and wouldn’t send me a returns label so I can’t return it. Error was on them, now I’m stuck with an item the wrong size and I’m out of pocket! Won’t shop with them again.

Faulty clippers took over a month to…

Faulty clippers took over a month to repair when quotes two weeks. Delivery was not made correctly and delivered to a post office 40mins drive away. Customer service terrible! Don’t care in fact laughed when I suggested sending them video from ring door bell as proof delivery wasn’t made correctly. Beware: never again.

Speedy delivery rubbish everything else

Speedy delivery. Faulty breeches so returned and ordered replacement instead of waiting for them to just replace. Had a battle for them to refund me the return postage. My order of next lot of breeches were not delivered to me- DPD photo shows this and r&r confirmed delivery to different place. They sent out replacement which I decided to return. They refused to refund me even though they had return back for over a week!!!Customer service useless, can’t make a decision based on consumer regs, lie to you about your return. Totally gonsmacked at how they handled very simple processes
