I had a great experience in the online session conducted by Angela today. She had provided us with all the necessary information through a powerpoint. She had also answered all of the doubts post the session.

Angela has been great since we started working together. As an ou student remote support is essential. And she has performed beyond expectations. She has always been good at organising and providing continued familiarity with my case, if you get Angela then she has a lovely relaxed attitude towards her caseload, she has been promoted quickly through the organisation and is a constant hard working and fun person who you can easily feel comfortable talking to.

The consultant Amelia has been patient and kind, listens to my queries well and responds to them in a professional manner. I have been working for Randstad for last 12 years, like their staff and is the best company to work with. Had many consultants over years Chris seedhouse, Kris Hosking, Chloe Ding, Abigail Jones, Niamh Brown, Naomi, Laura etc all have been amazing and professional. I wish they would do more training and meetings like before. I am looking forward to work with them next year too.

Amina Khan - who was my consultant throughout my application process - played a huge role in my desire to continue with the idea of working as a notetaker for Ranstad. Any doubt I had about committing to the position was wiped by her friendliness, like-ability and reliability. Her ability to convey information was outstanding! I was able to absorb a large amount of information in a short amount of time due to her clarity and professionalism. I've yet to start working but just knowing someone like her is on the team makes me confident that I'll have a smooth employment opportunity here!

very smooth interviewing process, everything explained at each step of the recruitment process and all of the info was given in emails (basically no need for additional questions). Pleasant surprise comparing to other recruitment agencies, no wonder Randstad is the biggest agency in the world (according to wikipedia).
