Disorganised and Incompetent: A disappointing experience with Randstad
I recently accepted a nursing position through Randstad in Newcastle, but unfortunately, I had to resign after just four weeks due to their incompetence. The entire experience was extremely disappointing. The agency was highly disorganised and lacked the expertise needed to manage their responsibilities effectively. In hindsight, I wish I had trusted my initial instincts instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt. I can not recommend their services to anyone. The only thing they seemed proficient at was making excuses.

this company constantly send messages from different numbers so blocking them does not stop messages , also texting stop to the number given with the code they say use after 5 attempts does not stop messages, do not sign up unless you like being stalked , I have just emailed and given the inform that was in this review ie that you won't stop sending me messages from different phone numbers even though i have texted the stop number several times

Ive been on the Randstad Edinburgh books for over a year now .At the end of May this year i suggested to a former colleague he should apply for a position with Randstad.He went through the interview process and got a job. I have sent emails/ phone calls enquiring about the refer a friend scheme Randstad offer,and have heard nothing back from any of tge consultants i work with. Pretty poor way to treat an employee

I installed the Randstad app and was working through the paperwork when I had a problem. I called every number in my area and left three messages. Not one response. Out of SEVEN calls altogether, I was sent to a call center in Mumbai or something because I couldn't understand a word. First, she had me on speaker and it never got better from there. Two hang ups later and I am so upset. If you're looking for work, I would not recommend Randstad!

Sick of these people
I signed up to Reed 2 years ago and later found work elsewhere. Since then despite numerous requests from me to please delete my details Randstad still send me adverts for jobs. They poached my details from Reed and insist on still sending me jobs.Just had another one today which I couldn't apply for even if I wanted as I have no DBS. In fact I reviewed in November 2022 and it’s still going on
Randstad I have seen your reply and I’m not a jobseeker any longer and I have asked you several times to delete my details and stop emailing me about jobs! Is that really so hard?
To update today, 02.08.24 and to be fair to Randstad I have had an email saying my data has finally been deleted, so hopefully I won't be hearing from them again.

'Long winded'
My issue 'eventually' got sorted, albeit very long winded and could, and should be made oh so simple to carry out online ! That said, this is clearly a 'company policy' issue and does not reflect on the call taker, Priyatha, who was as helpful as possible on the matter to hand and she did get things resolved.
