Definitely live up to the Rapid name
Definitely live up to the Rapid name! Placed an order late afternoon not expecting it to be delivered for a few days. The next morning, even before I received a text confirmation, the item was through my letterbox!
Probably quicker than me driving to purchase one from a store (maybe not but a lot more convenient)!
It's not a store I will need to use much in the future but whenever I can it will be my first port of call.

It isn’t quick
I placed an order for a battery for my children’s tractor, at the start of May with delivery 4 days later, with my money being taken immediately. I am still waiting for the product having been told it would be with me on 2 dates now. I have received no communication from the company unless I have reached out and questioned where my product is - all they offer is a refund. I want the product when you said it would be here not nearly 2 months later!
