Great service and a very reasonable selection of restaurants. What I like most are the Turbo options for quick items (ice, soft drinks, snacks, and even groceries), as well as the more complete Turbo Food service. When you’re in a time crunch, Rappi delivers quickly and almost perfectly—the only downside is the occasional restaurant mix-up. The drivers are always positive and courteous.
So a delivery can be queuing to access where you live, have a conversation with you & decide to cancel your order…. Shocking. To then be told its a ‘technical issue’ is insulting & trying to raise a formal complaint is a task in itself. Use Uber - they know what they are doing.
