Not enough job leads like they used to be everybody’s gone to my builder because your fees are too expensive. I’ve done one job Rated People in the last three months basically means I’m running at a loss how you expect people to support themselves on this it never used to be like this absolute rubbish people don’t turn your calls clearly some of them are scams difficult to get your money back whilst to be said sort yourselves out

Did not turn up when they originally said. I had to chase to find out what was going on. Guy in charge was rather rude and aggressive. Unprofessional. It was a simple small job that was completed ok. I would not recommend them.

Awful company if your a tradesperson do not sign up I signed up then cancelled my contract as I wasn’t receiving leads they still took £289.80 the next month out of my account the contact numbers on the site say the lines are closed there’s no physical way you can talk to someone and even tho they have taken my money the app says my account is inactive this is 100% a scam

Bad customer service, don't refund Leeds, block you account whit out any evidence from customer complaining, and they don't refund you any panny.

David was super polite from the off. Got the jobs done with speed and professionalism. I will definitely be using him again.

Sean, SMPlumbing, did a vrry good job. Toilet button flusher not working/tank not refilling. Sean took valve apart, and replaced problem part.
Two other plumbers wanted to replace whole valve at considerably higher cost.
Finding the stopcock wasn't easy. Sean very patient/unhurried.
Will contact him again and recommrnd to friends/family.

Rated people used to be good can't seem to find a lead anymore. I have been trying to cancel for the last month and they won't get back to me

You have a problem with cowboy that uses their platform and then ask them for help to identify said cowboy..Guess
what? THEY IGNORE YOUR EMAILS.

Do not use this site under any circumstances

Took the payment, promised leads. Opened the app and NO LEADS. Can’t get hold of anyone after multiple attempts. Scam!!

Good service by pleasant and helpful people. Did all I asked in efficient way. I would be happy to use them again.
