RAV VAST®

The company was very attentive and answered all my questions promptly. Purchasing my RAV was easy and shipping was fast (3 days with UPS to Canada 🇨🇦). The drum is exquisite and will be a staple musical instrument in my sound healing practice. Thank you!

Amazing work. I am truly grateful.

Happy repeat customer here: The team is there to answer questions and provide meaningful advice on your purchase. The instrument arrived safely in it's thoughtful packaging. I love the sound of these instruments--hey, who doesn't?

My RAV was reeally well packed. The manager who helped me via chat on their website was quite prompt to respond. Would definitely recommend it!

Guys from Rav Vast are very kind and efficient. I bought two Rav Vast, D celtic minor and B major. The sound is beautiful, rich in overtones, and the instrument can be really, really versatile, also very durable! Prices are good too.
Truly recommended!

I bought the new RAV Moon and its sound is just mesmerising ! I already have a RAV Vast D Minor and it actually matches great with my new Moon that is also in D scale. Both drums are soo relaxing and healing.

These are the best hand pan drums on the market today! I have bought two so far and I plan on buying more for my children, grandchildren and myself. Everywhere I take the drum people love to play it and interact with its magic! Thank you, RAV team!

The sound and quality is unspeakably amazing. RAV Vast construction is very sturdy, it's just perfect especially when you have kids😅
Love my new D Celtic 432Hz, the sound in real life is just out of this world!!
Highly recommend!

The sales manager was very responsive to any questions I had.
I am very happy with the quality of the drum - I got the F Astronaut in blue.
It resonates very well and has deep tones.

What an awesome musical instrument! The resonance is absolutely amazing!

I love my Rav Vast drums! I bought an A Integral several years ago and when the 432hz came out, I bought that as well. I use for 432hz for sound bath meditations. My brother played my other one and loved it so much, I had to gift it to him! He’s also a big fan of the Rav now! What drew me to this instrument was the sound and the sustain. In my opinion, no other drum comes close to the sustain of the Rav. I also love the blue color, and that it reminds me of a spaceship. 😁🛸 I just found out from Kate at Rav that the case has a flap that opens up so you can use it as a mat to sit on the ground while out in nature. How cool is that?! Thank you for paying such great attention to details and making such beautiful instruments! I highly recommend Rav Vast! I’m off to the beach to play my Rav! 😁🙏❤️🏝️🎶

The RAV VAST team has exceeded my expectations when talking to them, helping me out greatly from choosing my RAV up until it was delivered to me!

The instrument itself is beautiful too and sounds great as Well! (I've got a RAV G Pygmy)

The website is clear as Well (I've used the EU website and had no problems at all) and showed all the information I expected to find! Maybe a small extra addition that would be great is adding a small section on what to do if you've dropped and scratched your RAV by accident so People know how to treat that, but after reaching out to customer support they quickly helped me out with that as Well!

Great experience, great website and team and a great instrument!

Im very happy and satisfied with my first RAV Vast G Pygmy! Wow, what a outstanding instrument. The whole Rav team is so professional, fast and kind. The RAV feels very premium on your hands and definitely it’s a high end product. Also, it is very well tuned, balanced, with a wonderful sustain and exquisite timber. As a Handpan player, the G Pygmy RAV is already part of my set and can’t wait to share my compositions on it and play it on my concerts!

I own 3 Rav Vasts, one have been bought from a reseller, another one was second hand and the last one came from their official website.

They are all from different versions but the latest that I bought (indigo) sounds and feels much nicer than the others.

I think it’s nice that they keep improving their product.

Still, they should pay attention in how they guide their clients as beginners will get overwhelmed by the number of scales ! Maybe also ensure that the products are shipped fast.

The communication with the sales team is also good and fast, you can use the chat on the website or move the discussion to WhatsApp.

Overall I wholeheartedly recommend!

Gleb was so helpful answering all my questions. He was patient, knowledgable and kind. I was able to buy the exact right scale and I can't wait for it to arrive! I hope to be one of the winners of the new moon collection too :)

Olga is the absolute best! Her passion for her work and in-depth knowledge about the RAV Vast and Moon Drums are truly impressive. I was initially confused about the differences between these instruments, but Olga patiently and cheerfully answered all my questions until I felt confident in making the right choice. Thanks to her guidance, I purchased the Ariumi Moon Drum and RAV mallets. The key and sound ignite my soul!

Having Olga’s expertise and support throughout the process has been a pleasure. This company is incredibly fortunate to have her on their team. Thank you so much, Olga! I truly appreciate you!

Bought a drum from Ravvast.com.
The drum turned up in good time, but upon opening the package, and unwrapping the protection, it was revealed to be badly dented on the rim, which had caused the rim's clamp to pop off and the rim itself to bend outwards, coming away from the drum itself.

I immediately took pictures, packaged the drum back up and contacted the company via the website's agency chat app. A "Sales Team Manager" had me send the photos to their e-mail address, and said they would pass them onto Olga, who I had spoken to the day I bought the drum. She would review the photos and get back to me with regards to a refund...
I did not hear back from either Olga, nor the Sales Team Manager.

The next day, I returned to the website and spoke with another Sales Team Manager, I believe they were called Slava. They seemed a little more concerned when I explained the situation so far, and resent them the photos. I also explained at this point that I would be happy to forget about a refund, but a replacement drum would be appropriate, and that I would be more than happy to return the damaged one.
However, after ensuring me they would e-mail me later that day, did not get back in touch with me.

Today, I have tried again. I sent a single message with a simple request, asking Enddie, another Sales Team Manager, if they could find out what's going on and have received nothing back.

I previously bought 2 drums from this company and had no issues at all, both came with leather-bound certificates of creation/legitimacy. This time, it has been an absolute disaster. £600 I'll never see again, and a broken product, that also did not come with a certificate.

The whole thing has felt like a scam. I don't know what happened to this company, but I'll never be buying from them again. I will be recommending that nobody else does either.

Great drums...worst customer service on the face of the planet!!!! No joke, THE WORST customer service!!!

I didn’t know how to choose between the different drums. People from Rumix helped me with videos and comments to choose the right drum for me. They always answered is a couple of hours on what ever question I had. Very kindly. When I ordered the drum at 12-8 I had received it in 8 days from Estonia to Spain . They have sent me extra learning videos
