The only place online I could source the De Vielle Ash Vacuum Replacement Hose was at Ray Grahams. My previous vacuum hose lasted many years and the replacement is equally well made. It arrived in good time and the whole process was very smooth.

I bought a DeVielle fire door from Ray Grahams about 5 years ago. When it arrived the glass was broken, I contacted Ray Grahams and they sent replacement glass free of charge. They packed the glass super well and to my surprise and delight it arrived unbroken. I had to wait a few months for my Dad to install the fire door, but it's proven to be a good buy if you have an open fire with back boiler. Simply excellent customer service from Ray Grahams !
More recently I bought some timber connecting brackets from Ray Grahams. I haven't used them yet so can't comment, but they are brackets, what can go wrong ? Right.
Anyhoo the brackets arrived super quick.
If I had one constructive criticism
For the likes of me, send stuff slower cheaper post. I live in the far north of Scotland and I'm kinda used to things taking their time.
Contractors mite want things super quick, but domestic customers maybe relaxed about delivery times.
Overall Ray Grahams is a really good company to deal with.

Ray Grahams great place for anything tools, I placed my order Sunday evening and received everything on Tuesday morning (DPD) while being told exact hour when it will be delivered. Good prices and great stock of good stuff which seems to be updated on their website. I don't usually leave reviews but I would feel guilty not telling how good these folks are, quite possibly the best prices in the country and everything gets done at the click of a finger. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a dust extractor from Ray Grahams and within a week or so there was an issue with one of the motor housings having cracked.

You'd be a fool to think that any company exists which has never sent out a product that ended up being faulty, that's just how things go sometimes.

What does show the true worth of a company is how they deal with said issues. Within a couple of hours of reporting, I had received a reply from Ray Grahams and then not too long after, a response from the manufacturer confirming they were sending a replacement part out.

Not yet received the part yet as I'm writing this just after it has been arranged but I have full confidence in Ray Grahams after my very first time dealing with them and certainly won't hesitate to use them again.

No Parking Sign. Perfect product just what I needed, when other places didn’t have the size I wanted, sticky back, easy to put up, speedy delivery, signed for postage, would highly recommend and would defo buy from them again.

Really delighted with my experience. They had the drill I wanted and unlike other retailers, they actually supplied the battery and charger with the drill. Other places sell all the bits separately and it complicates things and makes it more expensive. The price was great, and it arrived like 3 days after ordering. Would definitely recommend
