Honestly the only reason I bought there was because of the amazingly personabl sales person Richie. I hate an overpowering approach and he was anything but. He carried around a cushion for.me.so we could match a chair! Overall, he was the reason for my sale.

George as very knowledgeable and the showroom is extensive. I checked about 10 recliners until I found the one I wanted . There was probably 20 or more to look at if I wanted . Absolutely the best place to view furniture especially if your not exactly about size,color or feel of anything uour looking for .

The sales person did not harass us. He gave us information and options. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with.

My salesman George was a great help in making my decision to order my favorite Raymour and Flanigan sofa sleeper in the color I wanted! He swapped cushions from another sofa made by the same company so I could see which color suited my room better and was also able to show me the sofa in my room on his phone. Thank you George!

My salesman, Chris LoMagno was top notch and very attentive to my needs. He was a true gentleman and very patient as I examined every lamp in the store.

Not very good. Set up and delivery was incompetent and rude. They put my bed together wrong, supplied the wrong parts, and tried to get my 25 year old son to sign off on a couch THEIR delivery people cut with a box cutter. They tried to rush him in checking over three rooms of furniture. I told them that WASN’T happening! Their furniture off gas is toxic. I just bought $15k of furniture for my new home. Their repair man did nothing about it and lied to me about replacement. My bedroom set has drawers that won’t close properly and sit flush. Only ONE item is being replaced today when it should be three! Also, the headboard is wobbly and I’m being told it’s because I have an adjustable bed. Of course the salesmen told me nothing about that. Next time, I’m going back to Ashley, and I will get this rectified even if legally. I bought a service plan only to be denied replacement for something that’s their fault as well as the manufacture’s. This was bought online and at their Freehold, NJ store. I’m still waiting for a refund of my table as promised.

The level of cooperation was terrible and support horrible. The platinum extended warranty is a scam and the terms are ambiguous. I will NEVER purchase at R&M again and plan to post this on Google and FB with further details.

On May 17 I was in your store being helped by Peter D. I liked the stripe fabric on the Tifton chair but not the style of the chair. I picked out the Calli chair I thought my husband would like and he said I could order that chair in the stripe fabric I liked. I finally found a couch I liked and matched the stripe fabric. He saved the items in his computer and I came back with my husband that week to show him what I picked and my order was placed. I paid in full and Peter said it would take 6-8 weeks because the chair was a custom order. A week later Peter called me to tell me the Callie chair I picked couldn’t be made in any other fabric but there is a similar chair made by Best company and there are over 600 fabrics to choose from. What I don’t understand is how he didn’t know this or tell me he would check if that chair could be made in the stripe fabric. The similar chair is not in the store so he told me to find it online. Bottom line is my two trips to your store picking out exactly what I liked and placing and paying for the order was a complete waste of time and now have to start all over. I won’t purchase a chair that I can’t see in person and sit on and now have to pick a different fabric.
I have purchased several items from your store in the last few years including headboards, a mattress, wall unit and dining room so I’m a pretty good returning customer. I never had a problem with any of my past purchases with Raymour and Flanagan until now.
