I called the McKinley pkwy store in…
I called the McKinley pkwy store in Hamburg and spoke with Alex about my credit card. I was never informed in full about the deferred interest after 12 months and other issues. Alex did nothing but belittle me and treated me like a moron, because I wasn’t understanding him. I will never shop there again and I am closing my credit card through them as well. I don’t recommend anyone talking or dealing with Alex from this store. He will treat you like you’re beneath him.

Pickup issues
You allowed us to select pickup at the Hamburg location. However we drove there and they said we had to go to Walden. What a waste of time and gas. Whoever had called on Monday should have told us that pickup was to be at Walden! We are not happy and quite appalled. We won’t be ordering from Raymour again.

I told the salesperson I had a coupon
I told the salesperson I had a coupon, but they didn’t ask me about it or include it in my final purchase price. Wes was, however, kind and well mannered, and was helpful in making a quick purchase. I wish the coupon had been included (thought it was only $25, something is better than nothing).

I purchased a lift chair for my elderly…
I purchased a lift chair for my elderly father. I paid online and was told that I could pick it up at my local store in Blasdell on 6/25.
I received a call stating that unfortunately, their policy changed months ago and I must pick it up on Walden 1/2 hour from me or pay $150 delivery fee. OK, refund me. That will be back in your account in 10 days. Are you kidding me?
