Liked it the salesman Jose was great. However would have liked to take the items we purchased with us that day. Now I have to either leave work early for a delivery or take the time and go pick it up myself. So now I have to take another 45 minute drive to and from to pick it up on another. That's very inconvenient. Not that you actually care because you already got my money.

Was told all pieces of furniture would be delivered at once and they were not. Had to call store and was told 3 days for the rest.communation needs to be better.

I knew what I wanted and the salesman brought me straight to it. I had picked a recliner on line and he knew where it was. If the delivery goes as well it will be a perfect shopping experience.

David was great to work with. He answered all my questions. I had alot.

David was very patient with my indecisiveness in figuring out which bedroom set to purchase. Thanks to his composure, I was able to purchase furniture that I know I will very happy with.

Jason was great! No pressure and just walked us through the process of selecting a bedroom set for our daughter.

Tahj was great. He let us look, and was ready as soon as we were. He explained everything we needed to know and was generally just a real nice guy.
We got what we came for and are excited for the delivery.

Our salesman, Kevin Woode, was great! He was professional, pleasant and not pushy (which was a huge plus for us), we knew what we were going to buy, it was just a matter of finding it in the store.... Kevin was quick to show us , took all the information what we needed/wanted, answered my questions and made the purchase smooth and quick .
This was our second purchase from Raymour & Flanigan within the year and we couldn't be happier.

Was met immediately. Explained what I wanted and was led to the bedroom area. Gaye showed me exactly what I wanted. Then she worked everything out.

Our family loves the new sectional, delivered and set up today! We were able to customize the perfect fit with the knowledge and patience of Patricia, who helped us choose the exact pieces to fit the dimensions of our space. Delivery was also amazing, with tracking to the minute of arrival! It couldn’t have been a better experience! Thank you, Patricia!

Well, it was all about my sales person, Katherine McKnight. She greeted me and when I told her I’d just like to look on my own, she wasn’t intrusive. She made some great suggestions about alternate fabrics and allowed me to take samples home to try out in my own setting. She made making my purchasing decision so simple.

The salesman Tadj was very helpful finding a love seat. I wasn't sure if I wanted a recliner or love seat. He showed me a lot of pieces in the store and explained their features. He also made it easy to place the order when I called back
