The good and the bad...
The staff was very helpful and concerned. However, we paid $1100 for a desk and ther next day cancelled it. We were told a refund would be issued "right away".
It's 22 days later and no credit has been received.
We had to initiate a claim with Discover

Pleasant and Professional Service
I was looking for a specific Sofa and Love Seat in Top Grain, Brown Color, Size, etc. and the Salesmen Frank spent so much time carefully and patiently listening to what I needed. He knew exactly what I was looking for, esp. since my Living room is on the smaller size. He then showed me a set that was so Perfect and 100% exactly what I was looking for. He set up Delivery to arrive in 3 days. I couldn't be happier with such a kind and professional person, who cares about His customers.
