Buying a mattress is a big purchase. The sales associate at Raymour & Flanigan did not rush me. I had plenty of time to lie down on each mattress. There was even a mattress specialist I consulted, in addition to my sales person. I finally made a decision on which one would suit me best. Then, the attention to detail during the whole checkout process was pretty impressive. This was a good place to find a new mattress!

I recently moved into a new apartment and wanted to upgrade to something new and affordable from the loveseat that was currently there. I hadn’t heard of Raymour & Flanigan until my cousin mentioned it to me. When I heard they were opening at the Natick Mall, I was curious to see what they had and decided to check it out.

I went with my mom and aunt for their opinions since they had visited before and had already made friends with Carl! When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Lucky, who even offered us bottled water. His energy was great, but we had specifically asked for Carl.

Carl was amazing from start to finish. I explained what I was looking for, and he showed me several great options—some within my budget and a few outside of it—but it was fun to test them all out, especially the home theater couches on the 2nd level. After all, who wouldn’t want to sit on couches and explore all the features? I ended up choosing a power reclining sofa and loveseat with blue theater lighting at the bottom as well as where the cupholders are on both pieces.

Overall, the customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely be back to shop for more items in the future.

The specific recliner was not in stock but Omar went out of his way to look in to if it could be special ordered! He followed up with me and “ta-da”… it’s on its way….in 8-10 weeks!! But well worth the wait!! Thank you from my family to you Omar, and your co-workers!

I went in to purchase furniture for my new home. The salesperson was pleasant and helped me choose several pieces for bedroom, kitchen and patio totaling around $5k. She was unable to check me out and after an hour patiently waiting for her to compete the task I asked her to get help from a manager. This went on for a total of 2 hours and she was only able to complete one item check out. When I attempted to use my credit card at the customer service desk none of the credit card machines were working. I decided to cancel all the other items I had spent time choosing and my items I did order were sent to the wrong address and I am waiting for a refund that was initiated by a manager. An overall very disappointing experience and a total of 2 hours I spent on the phone trying to get my items I did purchase rerouted to the correct address, spoke a number of times to FedEx directly as well as agents in the store. I understand it’s a new location and there may be growing pains, but it was an incredible waste of time and energy and I will not be returning to the store again in the future.

Varied and extensive selection of furniture, competitive pricing and pleasant staff who didn’t follow us around the showroom all the time as in many places. Purchase went smoothly with personable staff also at checkout and delivery available at short notice.

Kevin G was extremely helpful, patient, informative, and knowledgable. He has helped us navigate a lot of questions we had about the process. He did not pressure us into any sales, and was friendly and upbeat every time we met with him. A truly great experience!

Beatriz helped us choose our bedroom furniture, and we absolutely love it—it fits our space perfectly. She also guided us in selecting two beautiful living room chairs along with a coffee table and end tables that completely brought our living room together.

What really stood out was how lovely and patient she was throughout the entire experience. She listened to our needs, offered great suggestions, and made us feel confident in our choices.

Mark Shastany made my expperience at Raymour Flanigan OUTSTANDING. Mark showed me what I needed to see and didn't waste my time. He offered some suggestions and we figured out what would work best for my Mom in the 15 minutes I had to spare en route to the airport. He answered my questions with knowledge, gathered the info i neeeded to take with me all while training a new sales person. He treated the trainee with respect as he kept me as his main focus. His follow through blew me away. Not pushy but letting me know my cart and he were there whenever I was ready. We completed the transaction remotely and he made it very easy. I will recommend Raymour Flanigan to friends and family for their furniture needs based on my experience with Mark.
