The associate I worked with, Vinnie Williamson, was phenomenal. He knew his product line and directed me to the exact items I needed. As big as the two showroom floor is, it would have been a daunting task had he not been so knowledgeable. Additionally, he was friendly and did not pressure me into a sale. I would go back to him any time I need furniture.

We found what we were looking for and Phill was very helpful.

Our sales person, Washington Marshall, is awesome!! He spent hours with us picking out furniture for several of our rooms. He’s very helpful and knowledgeable. We have two homes now and got all our furniture, over the years, from Raymour.

Mo was very helpful with the search for living room furniture and gave advice on other items we were looking for that we did not see at RF. Also Mo is working on getting pillows swapped out for the ones that come with the sofas for the ones that match the side chair, hopefully he can make it happen.

This visit was a good experience. We were treated well and got what we needed. The corrected a problem with a loveseat we bought in Oct, returned our money and apologized for any inconvenience. This problem was at a different location, but it was handled.

Neil was friendly, informative, and attentive, this was our first visit to a Raymour & Flanigan's. We are currently awaiting delivery of our new loveseat.

Sales person was great and provided just the right amount of assistance and knowledge to help us decide best furniture that fit our needs. Then the checkout and finance experience was exceptional as well. All around great experience.

No pressure. Salesman Mr Garcia, gave us time to look at entire floor samples and was very helpful in answering our questions.
