Absolutely rubbish business. Saw the oils at a friend’s place and thought I’d get some. Placed an order on their website and got a receipt. 8 days later no communication or nothing. I call their customer service and the dude who picked up seemed drunk/incoherent and couldn’t offer any help even after I gave my order number, all he said was we’d get back to you. Really ridiculous business setup.

2nd pillow I have bought and I love them. Fairly sweet and simple website to use.

Ordered a pair of buckwheat hull pillows. Excellent quality material, very comfortable, rapidly and conveniently delivered. Previously bought a meditation cushion which is still in daily use after more than ten years!

I ordered a Kapok pillow and extra stuffing. The pillow came so firmly stuffed that I'm not sure I even need the extra stuffing. Super happy with the quality and shipping.

As Always : - A box of their great quality products in good time today..... The best incense sticks I've ever found (been buying them for 30 years, from various places - up till 6 or 7 years ago anyway), rarely go out after lighting, and their essential oils are also as good as I've ever bought.... At very fair/reasonable prices too.

I am delighted with my Atlas Buckwheat Mattress! After suffering terrible back pain with a memory foam mattress, I have now slept for three nights on my Buckwheat Mattress, and I am pain free! I am finding that the mattress is becoming even more comfortable with use, like a new pair of shoes. I highly recommend this product.

Got a great meditation stool cushion that is filled with organic natural Kapok, nice and soft and arrived quickly.

I have been very impressed by not only the speed of the dispatch and delivery, but how courteous they are and the lovely presentation box they came in and the safe and secure packaging...no chance for anything to get smashed and damaged...which I have had with some things bought from other places...I haven't used the fragrance oils yet, but I have had a quick sniff of them, and they all smell wonderful. I can't wait to light my oil burner tonight.....I may have to buy burners for every room, just so we have the wonderful smells all over the house. Thank you...will definitely be ordering again :)

Just received another order from this excellent company, the home fragrances are just perfect and I use them in a humidifier, making my home smell nice along with the added benefits that the oils bring to my wellbeing. Fantastic service and a great product. We have purchased buckwheat pillows and then followed that up with a buckwheat double mattress. There was a delay in the delivery of the mattress but at all times we were kept informed of the situation and are thoroughly happy with everything.
