I wish I had looked up this site and read the reviews,we have all been part of a con,my doll arrived 3 months after ordering, they apologised after numerous e mails from me asking where my order was ,blamed covid and the weather ! She came today I was so upset ,so cheaply made and nothing at all like the doll ordered ,I wish I could add a picture on this review,the doll is disgusting

I'm absolutely disgusted with what I received this morning. £37 for what is nothing like what is shown in the picture. I'm so stupid not to have looked into the reviews before I brought. I did try to get a refund but was told I would lost 80% of what I paid. No clothes came with it. I normal look into what I'm buying. But I've learnt a very big lesson here. It was a scam.

OMG so gutted. Like everybody I'm appalled with this product. I never write reviews but just had to say something. 100% agree with all the other reviews. Doll nothing like photo, no scarf, no beanie, no cardigan, no booties, no puppy dog in a bag. Just a cheap and nasty doll, in a cheap and nasty dress, in a cheap and nasty plastic bag (no box). Gutted I can't add a photo. You just wouldn't believe it. Why oh why did I not read the reviews. Going to attempt to get a refund, but don't like my chances. 👎👎👎DO NOT BUY !!!!!

The doll is nothing like the cute picture they advertised. They sent this cheap, cheap, stuffed doll with a few pieces of yarn for the hair. It was packaged in plastic wrap, not in a nice box with the teddy bear. It wasn't even the color I ordered. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!

Boy I was ripped off big time! The doll I received today, Jan 11, 2021, did not look like the one shown on their website, flat face and did not have the same hair, actually it only had a strip of cheap yarn sewn down the middle of her head and a strip on either side with huge bald patches in between. Hair was tied in a ponytail with no other option.
No little teddy bear and no shoes as advertised on their website. Also, the website noted that the doll was 14” long and it only measures 12” long.
To make matters worst, with their return policy, I am expected to pay return shipping on something that is clearly not as advertised. I wish I was able to share pictures that I took to show my total frustration with this company and their website! Will gladly send upon request! This company is a disgrace. It is a total scam. I ordered a waldorf doll for over $70usd, and what I received was, at best, a $5 cheap piece of rubbish that only vaguely resembled the advertisement. Do not buy from this site!

OMG...RIP OFF company!!!! I wish I would have read the reviews on Trust Pilot before placing my order. Everything seemed so legit, and I fell in love with the dolls, BUT THE DOLL I RECEIVED WASN'T EVEN CLOSE TO THE DOLL ADVERTISED ON THE WEBSITE (what a slap in the face)!!!! "Realistic Toys" wouldn't respond to my emails until I turned in a dispute with PayPal! I will be surprised if I get reimbursed, but I do hope these reviews will stop anyone else from being scammed. They really need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Complete scam. Waited for three months to a product which had been misrepresented in the advertising and was of poor quality. Hot glue visible on the dolls head, stain on its face and a ripped dress. It was not natural fibres and the features were misshapen. This company takes advantage of children, so is particularly despicable.

I ordered a doll with 2 outfits on Nov 17. I received a doll today doesn’t look like the doll no outfits, no shoes or sweater that was supposed to be on the doll. What a rip-off. I’m now disputing this with my account. Misrepresentation all the way

We have been scammed! Ofcourse you cant get a customer service number or a reply from customer service. I ordered 4 dolls and have never received them. It's been 2 months. SO disappointing.

They are not even worth 1 star. i ordered 7 different dolls and received the same doll for 3 and the same for the other 4. They dont even look like what is advertised, and the shipping info is horrible. I had cancelled this order after a month of no contact and shipping information. It then arrives a month later.

Want to mirror all above. SCAM. Ordered boy doll, arrived cheap plastic girl doll, no hair, with Made in China on side. Do not email company---go to credit card or pay pal and file dispute---then credit card company can refund you your money. Corrupt business, bypass and work with your credit card company instead.

I had to rate this as 1 star in order to write this review other it would be minus 0. Avoid this site at all cost it is a scam. I ordered 2 Labrador puppies and only 1 came and was nothing like the picture and what I got was a cheap chatty Chinese toy that sell on eBay for £2.98 and are not probably safe. I got pay pal involved after so many emails backwards and forwards and declining a offer they made of 20% refund. I was told I had to send the toy back in order to get a full refund at my expense. The cost was £19.10 which I had to pay and it wasn’t even my fault. I would of happily paid that if it was my fault like say I didn’t want it any more. So it’s cost me £19.10 for nothing. I really wish I had read the reviews in here before ordering AVOID

I ordered plush animal toys from this company. They are beyond poor quality. The pictures on their site are a classic bait and switch. The video they have on the site is a scam. Trying to get reimbursed had been a nightmare. Dont order from here.

On October 4, 2020 I ordered a Waldorf doll from this company. On October 5, they deducted payment from my bank account. It is now three months and four days later. I have sent twelve emails to this company explaining that I have not received the doll (intended as a Christmas present). The first two were ignored. The third was answered with a note saying they could not find my order. They claim they sent a replacement. I have received NOTHING.

I ordered a doll which was meant to come with lots of little outfits in October. I tried to cancel on numerous occasions but just received emails back telling me to be patient or that If I cancel I would have to pay them for the inconvenience! The doll finally arrived today (7th January) and I am so disappointed with it. It is so cheap and basic I could have won it from a fair. It was supposed to be hand made from natural materials and these are def not!!! |PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. NOT A NICE GIFT. NOT A NICE SERVICE. COMPLETE RIP OFF.

I recently order a Labrador and white realistic kitten and not it worth the money as the website went down and I can’t seem to get a hang on anyone. I think the order package number was fake and I want my money back so I’m gonna call up a bank for this transaction.

I received my order that I had placed back in November.
The doll is nothing like I ordered and there are no clothes with it. Wish I had check them more than I did.
Very sorry for my purchase. Going to contact them and see what happens. Going to put in protest with PayPal.

Well - I wish I had checked into this company a little further - the doll I finally received is a piece of crap - it doesn't look anything like what I ordered - a TOTAL RIPOFF. And an expensive rip off to boot.
