I had the same experience, finally received a doll that did not resemble what was ordered. Paid through PayPal and have done a dispute, sending them pictures of the described doll, what I received and the mailing label from Joe Doe. Since I upgraded the dispute to misrepresented merchandise, they are addressing that way. I expect to get reimbursed. If anyone paid with a credit card, you can dispute the payment through them. American Express is very good to deal with. Moral, don't purchase anything advertised on Facebook.

The product I received looked NOTHING like what was pictured on the website. The company agreed to refund the purchase/shipping costs once I returned the item to an address in China. Tracking shows it's sitting unclaimed in customs, 6 weeks later. I never received the promised refund. Took it to Resolutions at PayPal, who decided in my favor and refunded my money.

Totally agree with all previous comments. The doll was ordered for my young grand daughter at the beginning of December for Christmas. It arrived on the 14 January in a plastic bag without the accompanying teddy bear looking nothing like the doll advertised. I emailed their customer support who have offered a 10% refund. I would not pay peanuts for a doll of such poor quality.

Absolutely crap! Cheaply made dolls. Took a long time to get here and I continuely emailed them. Had to purchase replacement Christmas gifts. No extra clothes, awful stitched hair, funny looking heads, cheap clothes on them. They advertised them in a box with a small teddy bear. They came in plastic bags from Joe Doe. They know they sell crap and are embarrassed so they use a fake name.

Scam. Absolutely appalling how many people have been subject to this woman's fraud. Order took three months to arrive (from China). Came in cellophane plastic bag. Not hand made nor made of natural materials as claimed. No extra clothes. Hair glued on. Not even safe for my daughter to play with.

I am absolutely appalled never buy from this lot. You order a doll with clothes as shown on website for your hard earned money .
You receive about 3 months later a poor doll in a plastic bag ..just disgraceful ...

Same experience as everyone else has provided. Product is nothing like the product portrayed. Do not order! They are so ashamed of their product that the return address on my order is from “Joe Doe”. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my granddaughter. I wouldn’t think of giving this to her. Very disappointed. This is a shame for all the honest businesses out there because I will now be very leery of ordering products online. Shame on you Reslistictoybyemma.

Ordered a doll on Dec 2. It arrived Jan 14 and was NOT AT ALL what I ordered. Given that every review on this site is essentially the same, I can only think that they produce dolls in quantity and then send whatever they feel like to a customer...probably thinking customers will be happy to get anything after having waited so long.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Beware. The doll i ordered has no resemblance to the doll i received! The doll received could have been purchased in a cheap store for 5-10 bucks. I ordered a girl and received a boy. Not realistic looking at all. AND it took 8 weeks to arrive. So totally missed Christmas by three weeks. To top that all off, i emailed Emma, showing pictures of what i ordered and what I received. She relied,

“Hello there,
This doll is the doll you ordered. He has cute little clothes. The pictures on the Internet are promotional pictures, and we can’t make every doll exactly the same. You can buy more clothes for your doll in other stores.
thank you for understanding.”

No intention of making it right! Be warned!

Unbelievable! How is this site even allowed up & running? I wish I would have read reviews first. The doll looked NOTHING like what I ordered. Absolutely DO NOT order from them!!!

Just wow. Totally not what was ordered. It is so far from what was on the site I am going to contact BBB and anyone else, to have measures taken to try and have it removed.

Same as everyone else. What a dissapointment and total rip off. Looks like something from one of our $2 shops. So sad my wee granddaughter won't be getting her gift.Tried to send an email and the address isn't even real.

As above...I ordered Sept 30! Just received it today Jan 13. What is this thing? Not even a resemblance to the pictures on the website and came with no extra clothes. I bought it for my granddaughter and have been so excited to give it to her. I showed everyone the website pics that were so adorable.
My disappointment is overwhelming :(

I placed an order 1 month ago for a Christmas present and I haven't received it. VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

Same story as everyone else , ordered in early December, it finally arrived , nothing like like the photos pictured , cheap looking doll without any of the clothing pictured , complete and utter rip off , $70 Australian dollars for utter rubbish, have opened a dispute with PayPal

Same story as everyone here. Ordered for Christmas. Received in January. Cheap doll that looks nothing like the one I ordered. They did offer 10% refund (how generous). I said no. I am notifying PayPal.

Please do not order from this website a complete scam. Doll that arrived was noting like I ordered, badly made and took two months for it to arrive. It was a Christmas present for my niece

Really this is a no star score.... complete rubbish product... they do not send the item you ordered DO NOT ORDER!!!

I am so disappointed with my experience with Realistictoybyemma. I ordered my product for a Christmas gift for my grand-daughter mid November. Not only did it arrive well after Christmas, the actual item looked nothing like the picture of the item I purchased from their website. I contacted them via email to request a refund, and there has been no response to my request. So not only did I lose money from this purchase, there was the inconvenience of purchasing an alternative Christmas gift to be shipped to my grand-daughter. What a sham!!

So very disappointed wish I had seen this page before ordering I have photo of what I ordered to what I got. You should not be allowed to advertise on social media. You are a scam.
