Like everyone else here, I ordered a doll that took 8 weeks to arrive (missed Christmas) and it was NOTHING like pictured. Website photos included several outfits and all I got was an ugly cloth doll in a cellophane bag with cheap yarn hair, in a cheap dress and no other clothes. I paid $39 + $10 shipping and the doll looks like something you'd pay $3 for in a street market. I emailed back and forth with the company and all they said was "Sorry you don't like the doll. We can offer you 5% refund ($2!!!)". I filed a dispute with PayPal and they took WAY too long to investigate, going back and forth with the seller. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company, which I should have done in the first place as they took care of it immediately. I wish there was a way to shut this company down to stop this horrible scam. I learned my lesson and will not be clicking on ads in Facebook or Instagram. I'm glad I got my money back, but this was definitely a very annoying hassle.

I ordered a doll Dec 8, 2020.. I have been emailing and asking about my order. They sent me a tracking number and said it was delivered. I checked with Post office but there is no such number. I asked several times for a refund but to no avail. This is a scam.

I am beyond upset!!! This was a present for my precious grandchild - its a disgrace, there is nothing to be done but burn it! I have never seen such pathetic and dangerous materials used in a doll for a child's use.... criminal!! I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered two pretty dolls and got trash! After 12 reminder emails they sent me two trash somethings in a plastic bag. I was stupid not to research before. Don’t buy at this fake shop!!!

Total and complete scam. I ordered a doll in November for Christmas. I finally came in January and it is not even close to what I ordered. Sending it back is the only way for a refund and that seems more trouble than it is worth. NEVER will I EVER buy anything from this company again! I will tell everybody I know! I hope you enjoy my $50 because it will be the last $ you get from me!

Shocking !!!!! Same for myself as for others, however we were isolating then caught covid, and trying to buy toys for Christmas. I bought 4 dolls hoping they would come before Christmas but they did not. Emails took days to be responded to . 2 arrived on the 26th of January , horrible synthetic machined things. I was outraged , when you search the internet it is riddled with these stories . I felt so stupid $169.96 lost. But my advice is push your PayPal credit card or Banks to investigate as I was so grateful after emails and calls that PayPal found in my favor. I've rung Amazon to alert them to the fraud. Call any website and alert them . These people are feeding off our good will and our vunerability. Bloody Barstards

Complete scam, ordered on the 13/10/2020, received 4 days ago. Doll is completely different, honestly disgusted. It was for my daughter’s 1st birthday end of nov. when it didn’t arrive I thought well at least she can have it for Christmas, nope. Finally arrived towards end of Jan 2021. What a joke, hope these people rot-disgusting behaviour.
Now I have to pay to return this piece of sh$$$t to these scammers to get a refund through PayPal, will cost over $20 but at least they loose the near $100 I payed them. I would urge everyone to make a claim with PayPal and maybe they will be kicked off the platform. I can’t believe in the case of obvious scamming that we have to return the goods- do better PayPal.
Scammers like this might make a few dollars but will have to live with being terrible people for the rest of their lives. I might have lost time and money but at least I have a moral compass- I bet everyone that knows you is embarrassed for you, pathetic

We ordered two dolls for our granddaughter on Oct 20, 2020 to make sure they’d be here by Christmas. Every time I emailed we had a different story as to where they were.
They arrived today Jan 27,2021. The dolls they sent look nothing like the dolls we ordered. They look cheap and ugly and came with no accessories like the picture showed. These look like a cheap dollar store doll.

They are not anywhere worth the $50 each we paid for them

This company should be ashamed! The doll I ordered is NOTHING LIKE the ugly doll that was shipped to me. DO NOT order from realistictoybyemma. Please do your research before ordering. I sure wish I did. It’s a shame that people decide to lie, cheat, and basically steal to make a living, because I certainly wouldn’t have ordered the doll I received.

It`s a scam. Got a cheap china doll.
Too bad people want to spend their life cheating people, when they have the opportunity to do good instead.

I wish I could give a negative review - this is one of the worst scams I have seen and I hate I fell for it. The image of the doll advertised and the doll received are like night and day. I wish I could show pictures of the doll I received and the return address for where it came from. It was shipped from JOE DOE, Suite 111, 1140 River Road, New Castle, DE 19720

The doll you sent is cheap and nasty and you offered 10% refund which is a joke
I am going to raise a case with PayPal so they will have to refund me then

I like most ordered in November, received late January after several emails regarding whereabouts. Not the doll I ordered. A cheap doll in a cellophane bag minus the clothing and appearance of doll I ordered. After several complaints offered me a 10% discount which is laughable. Company is a scam. Using the Waldorf name in a negative way.

Wow where to start. This company is a total scam, like many other doting grandmas I was drawn into ordering this item for my granddaughter. After many months, several email, already an awareness it was a scam (shame on me for not doing my research before purchase) the item arrived, it weighed 150g was in a plastic bag and I wished I’d declined it at the door. However I didn’t so as I paid by PayPal I raised a refund request. I had had the email from China offering a small refund because then I wouldn’t have to bear the cost of returning it as they knew it was expensive. Immediately I wondered how many people would just sigh and accept they’d been conned out of their hard earned monies. I have just returned from the post office having returned ‘it’ at a cost of £13 hoping that at least I will be £27 better off but most of all that they will not have any of my money to bolster their coffers. I have reported this scam to Facebook, ASA and suggested to PayPal that they are also being conned by this fraudulent company as they allow it to use their platform to fleece people. Anyway I look at it as a learning lesson and will certainly be much more careful in the future but feel for all those others who have been affected.

This is a scam. Ordered 8 November 2020. Arrived today 25 Jan 2021. Nothing like I ordered. Poor service in fact no service. Poorly made. Waste of money. DO NOT ORDER.
$180.00 NZD for 3 dolls. Two are the same. Will put them in a lucky dip box. Not even safe I would think.

Save yourselves the hassle and do not order from this company. I had an email on 18th November the items were shipped, by Christmas they still were not here so I raised a PayPal dispute. Only just got my money back a month later. Customer service and communications were awful

still in this hell that is realistictoysbyemma. I have been totally scammed, have had an open resolution with paypal since December 24th for a refund of £120.00. Every time I am promised a resolution, my refund, another week is added to the time scale, its just skipped on another week. I cancelled on 24th December when I found out this is a scam, it is absolute hell. no refund , no help.

I placed my order on 11/29/20. When the order did not arrive I started a claim through PayPal. The seller responded with a plea for patience due to the COVID. They were actually running out the clock on the claim process. Instead of the beautiful doll pictured in my order, I received a doll of much lesser quality both in appearance and construction. The doll I received is something you would win as a prize at a carnival or pick up at the dime store for $5. Very disappointed!!

this is a scam! please do not order from this fraud company! I placed an order December 3rd for two stuffed animals and a doll for $123.99 . I finally received two items in January, which were not what I ordered. the two items looked like they were from a dollar store! I placed a complaint with PayPal to no avail! Next will go to BBB. they will not communicate with me either! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Arrived two months late, product didn't look anything like the item I had ordered. Tried to chase item as was for a Christmas present, no response to emails. Email sent to get a refund but no response. Very poor, would not even give the item to my grandchild as do not know if it meets UK safety standards.
